The worst service center I've ever dealt with. I waited a month for an appointment just to be told the car can't even be looked at that day. Why not schedule me further in the future on a day you can actually look at it. Their excuse is always, "Sir, this is a very busy service center." Well now I understand why they are so busy...Ford is trash. No reason why a car should have issues before 10,000 miles and again now before 15,000 miles. Had issues with Ford being horrible back in the early 2000's and decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. Let's see if they can fix this simple issue this time around. I almost wish the car wasn't under warranty so I could get it fixed myself in 20 minutes.
UPDATE:
Originally I told them to book me whenever they could see me. They gave me end of April. I told them to book me in May or June if they had to because I wanted my car to be LOOKED at (not fixed) same day because there is no point of my car sitting in their lot while I'm paying for a rental. They assured me end of April was fine for that. I take off of work to make sure I can bring it down first thing in the morning but today I get a phone call that they are rescheduling my appointment because they are too backed up and wouldn't want my car to just sit there and not be looked at. Wow, it's like they read my review. Too bad they couldn't do this when I suggested it and before I took off from work. Oh and they do this 2 days before my appointment.
All the B.S. aside, I'll never buy a Ford again especially from Dana. It's not the dealerships fault but their service center is so bad that they have turned me off from the entire company. It just shows how much they care about you after they make their sale.

Visited this place on Sunday with my brother. We were looking to lease Ford Explorer. Over all, Mohammad Sh. was our Sales consultant he showed us the differences on every model. And let us test drive the car. Also he tried his best to give us a best deal by going back and forth with his Manager. His Manager was nice enouth to come out from his office and speak to us personally at the end. If you live in Brooklyn and Staten Island, you should give them a visit, they are very friendly people.
We ended up buying the car! 👍

I've been using Dana Lincoln Ford for 3 1/2 years. Always have to wait a long time while there for a basic oil change. But I am a patient person so do not mind. But when I called to make an appointment today I was told that there was a 6-8 month wait!! And that I should take my care somewhere else! I guess I will be finding somewhere else to take my car.

As far as a dealership goes, the lot and building are very nice. They have a nice large lounge area with free cold bottled waters and a coffee machine with different settings. As far as salesman go, it's the same you'd expect anywhere. They will sweet talk you and get as much money as possible from you. The same as any other dealership unfortunately. You can expect a couple thousand dollar wiggle room from their initial offer. This is the unfortunate reality when it comes to car buying. If you can't negotiate well, buy from a private owner. If you want to go to a dealer, do your research. Have the value of the exact car you want and your own cars trade in value from cargurus. Anything more or less than expected (respectfully) walk! And always stay on your toes looking for those "standard costs". Anything other than taxes and destination fees should be looked at carefully. GL!

Went to get my car service, when I called to make an appointment the girl I spoke to was polite and pleasant on the phone. The service dept is great, they kept me updated and fixed all my concerns. They were always able to answer all of my questions and had my car fixed very quickly. Really can’t complain , glad I went with Dana ford.
