Purchased bunk beds that were being sent via their warehouse . Picked up merchandise and was assured all parts and pieces were in the packaging . When my husband attempted to assemble frame there were NO SCREWS . Obviously the merchandise was not checked prior to pick up . Very unprofessional . Wood was warped and scratched
This picture say it all. Got this sofa 2 years ago. The leather is peeling. What a waste of good money. This wasn’t a cheap sofa. I am just beyond disappointed. 2 adults used this reclining sofa daily. It did not stand up to normal usage.
Some things are nicer that others. The sales person "Connie" was awesome, she was so nice to my mother who was in a Wheelchair. We purchased a Beautiful Dinette table. Great delivery service. We will definitely be back!
Wouldn't recommend this place bought a washing mashing for 1200 stop working in 2 months insurance won't fix it until 2 weeks I recommend u buy ur electronic somewhere else this place is good to take ur money but went u need it fix its weeks laterals the manager Martha doesn't do anything for u now I have a broken washer decorating my garage and have to waste more money and time to go to the laundromat please waste ur money somewhere else
i don’t like writing bad reviews but this time I have to. This past Friday my 1100 dollar refrigerator stopped working out of nowhere that I purchased this past late November about 5 months ago which we got in payments because my husband and I wanted to start his credit so he called the store and talked to a lady in the warranty department she said they couldn’t get nobody to check our refrigerator till Tuesday. we asked if they have a loner fridge we can get because do to the virus we have food to last us a week or two she said no she didn’t not try to help us in any other way she said we just have to wait . try calling the store talk to a manager and it didn’t help I know and understand it would be hard because of the holiday but I’m pretty sure they could have offered a loner fridge while we got ours fix or replace so our food would go bad that’s why we paid for the extra insurance . We have been good customer for the past 2years this will be the last item purchase.
The sales people are really friendly and try to help with your request, but once the sale is complete - NO GOOD! I am given info to call this manager, or given excuses to locate the right person. Round and Round- call him/her, I can't do that because it's not our store policy, etc.... DO not try to give this company, maybe, 1 more chance it might be better now? NO! NO! NO! Daniels home center is VERY poor handling customer service calls and only give complete lies with them and the manufacturer. Buy from the manufacturer; stay away from Daniel's Home Center.
My husband and I are very disappointed in the quality of furniture for the prices we paid and are still paying.within the first 6 months of getting a living room SET we had to have it worked on. We thought well maybe it was just the set we bought so we then purchased a bed. And again ....within the first 6 months it needed to be replaced. Now a few months later we are starting to feel the same issues. Yes the sales people are extremely nice.... They tell you what you want to hear.... Buyer beware!
Very nice but very expensive furniture store
I came in today and was greeted by a Ms. Ines Rosas; not only was she helpful and polite in answering all of my questions, but she was knowledgeable about the products sold at the store and extremely pleasant to speak with. She was polite and efficient all while ensuring she kept a smile on my face. I will likely shop here again because of her.
