So happy with my purchase from Sandy’s furniture. Their customer service is amazing! Everything arrived in a timely manner and I’m just obsessed over my new furniture . I completed my bedroom with the bed pictured , night stands , lamps and rug. I also pitched a gradenza for my space in between my kitchen and family room . Super happy with my purchase !

The most honest customer service furniture experience I have ever had. The owner amazing sense of humor and his staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very patient with me while I shop for the perfect bedroom set because I wanted something unique down to looking for my mirror for the dresser once it was delivered. The owner kept his word which I appreciate and sent someone out he was great as well and put the mirror up in no time. The delivery overall was amazing, quick and clean. I would recommend Sandys furniture to anyone who wants their needs met and to get a great furniture experience. Linda

Gotta give it to the team at Sandy’s Furniture in Chino. I walked into this store just browsing after having walked about 5 stores today. When doing some shopping around you expect to deal with many shady salesmen, so I walked in to this store today with a bit of an attitude and the excellent customer service of Steve and Nate was so helpful they made my shopping experience very great. They helped me find exactly what my client needed. They gave me a great price and also helped me with the set up. Steve went above and beyond with assembling only what I needed assembled and helping me load my clients furniture onto my truck. Nate the great made the numbers work for me on good quality furniture. My client was super grateful. A very big thank you to Steve for also allowing my son to enjoy a few minutes in there massage chair. Thank you guys for making it easy.I

Came into this store around 2:00 p.m today. Wasn’t greeted at the door but when eventually approached by the employee, he rudely said to ask for assistance before touching anything. Not to mention everything in this store is over priced and doesn’t look like the greatest material. Never walking into this store again nor will I recommend it. The owner came out after and greeted us accordingly. He should teach his employee some descent customer service.

Hands down best furniture store I’ve been to. My girlfriend and I thought we would have to go without furniture until November/December since every store we went to was back ordered. When we walked into Sandy’s furniture, right away we fell in love with a few different options from sectionals, dining room sets and pictures. William was very helpful and informative. We received our furniture four days later. The two gentlemen were very polite, quick and professional. My girlfriend and I decided to go back to the store the same day our furniture was delivered to purchase the end table and complete our set. We met Sandy herself and let me tell you she is the sweetest person ever very helpful. Overall, really amazing store made you feel like family. Definitely check them out.

I went into the store was asked how I was doing and was very professional Steve has alot of sick tattoos he was very nice and helpful they delivered the product into my. House set everything up the the way I wanted to.they did it fast and gently I even tip them 40 bucks each would definitely come back

I moved from Michigan last month to Montclair CA. I got into a apartment and I needed a Futon. I looked and research all over. I happen to go down central avenue and seen a big frontage that said Furniture! As I pulled in it said Sandy's Furniture. A gentalman name William helped me find exactly was I was looking for. I bought a futon 3 into 1. Best price around surrounding cities. Thank you William. Pictures will follow.

I was there this Thursday, the service is great. I got a gorgeous painting with only $183. When we check out they found out that they had a wrong price for that, the original price is about $400. However, they still only charge me $183. I will definitely be back and buy more product! Best furniture store in Chino!
