We loved our experience with Vincent on getting a new bed. He was really helpful walking us through the different types of mattresses. We got lucky and got delivery next day. The delivery guys were great and fast at setting up our bed.

Patrick was great, he spent over an hour with me trying out different types of beds and adjustable frames, asking questions about sleep injuries, etc to help find the perfect bed. He gave me a written quote, after shopping at 5 other stores and reading reviews I went back to make sure the mattress still what I wanted. Best part teachers get a 20% discount after sales price.

Great store to find the perfect bed that fits you and is the perfect price that fits your budget! Vincent was very helpful and didn’t turn his head like most sales people do when they see a young kid to come in and shop. Vincent helped me from the moment I walked into the store. I was there for around 2 hours, and he was very patient with how picky I am. We tried bed after bed, trying to narrow down the firmness and type. After a while, I was convinced I wouldn't find anything I wanted, but then he introduced me to the perfect bed! On top of that, he helped me pick out a box spring, a bed protector, and really nice sheets -- and he discounted it all so it was cheaper than buying online. Plus, he was extremely personable and was great to chat with. Overall, Vincent really made this trip perfect! Without him, I doubt I would have bought anything.

My wife and I needed to replace our mattress after 19 years and we did not want to order online and hope for the best. The sales rep. Patrick at this location was fantastic and really helped us make an informed decision and the delivery men were also fantastic, very efficient and helpful! We are still breaking in our new mattress, but so far we have been blown away by the service!

We had a wonderful experience with Mattress Firm.  Patrick was informative and friendly the minute we walked into the store, unlike our experiences elsewhere.  He helped guide us through the menagerie of mattresses companys and there models to help us select the one we felt most comfortable with.  He was patient and non-pressuring and very knowledgeable.  It was an all-around great experience and I recommend them highly.

After being treated like dirt at another mattress store, it was awesome to be welcomed at the door of Mattress Firm by Kim. He listened to our requirements, and offered suggestions based on our needs. We have nothing but good things to say about our buying experience.
