Shane and Darlene are the best, friendly, great customer service , always very professional.

I came with my nephew and really enjoyed the variety of jewelry and nice sales they have going on here. Nephew purchased a pair of black diamond studs and received a free silver necklace with his purchase, which he gave as a gift to his neice. I was impressed and will come here again to purchase gifts for family.

This Daniels Jewelers was awesome! I wish i could remember the name of the woman that helped us, she was so friendly and helpful. Everything had to be done curb side and it actually wasn't that bad. After dealing with Daniel's jewelers in Ontario mills mall i didn't think we would ever be customers again but i guess its just a bad group of people over there and not all are the same. I highly recommend going to Daniel's jewelers at this location in Montclair plaza and avoid Ontario mills location like the plague.

Darlene was very helpful and full of joy.She had happy spirit.

I stopped by May 10th to get an engagement ring, I honestly didn't expect to be able to leave with the ring I did let alone get approved for low monthly payments. But they really went out of their way to help me, Mariah and Maya were so helpful the entire time. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have been able to propose to my girlfriend, now fiance, on her birthday so I owe alot to them for making it possible. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and she really does love it, thank you again!

Nice people but I was given a “gift” when I purchased a ring and when I came to returned it they ended up charging me for the gift which I feel was not right and fair.

We bought earrings for our six year old. The piercing was well placed. This was a wonderful experience for all of us.
