Excellent store with good customer support. Janette was superb. We bought a party container for keeping drinks really cold. They do ear piercings and have so many fun and interesting products.
The red head girl was amazing. I went with my daughter and she was hands on with the needs and wants of my daughter for her ear piercing. She explained everything on special, everything available in the store that has a discount and what she recommended for my daughter's ear piercing. She was knowledgeable, patient and suggestive. I would hire her as a server at my restaurant anytime!! Great job!
Took my niece for the first time. She found some nice cute earrings and clips. She can't wait to go back.
The 2 workers that were there both had very bad attitudes when they came to help us. One of the ladies messed up the price and said it would be cheaper than what they originally told us to get my sisters ears pierced, so the other changed it to a higher price. The worker who pierced the ears was very snobby and did not care to smile or even show any niceness to my little sister when she was piercing her ears. Overall this was such a horrible experience and we will never shop at this Claire's again!!!!
Janette was SUPERB ! Amazing customer service and very attentive to the guests despite it being peak power hours and quite busy. I’ll be coming here again to get my ears pierced every time I forget to put my earrings back on! Go Janette!
I went in there this past weekend to see about getting my daughters ears pierced. There was a young girl with short to medium brown hair working at the counter. When I went up to her to ask her about the piercings it took her awhile to even acknowledge me and made me feel super awkward to even ask about them. She was super short with the whole conversation and didn’t give me much information about the piercings, she made me feel like I was interrupting or her bugging her.
The ladies were very rude and I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. They screwed up my piercing with the gun and it got jammed. I was in a lot of pain. DONT GO TO CLAIRS. Get professionally done by a tattoo shop!!!!!

Never coming back got accused of stealing something and they still wanted to charge someone else for "what I stole" until they checked the cameras and seen it was a mistake. They embarrassed me in front of other customers! Horrible customer service.
Good except that I bought a mini brand and it was $20 and yea so ....... that is the last time I buy one at Clare's
