You know an establishment is A1 when they can deal with the most tedious customers. Let me tell you these guys got stamina. My mechanic is superb at diagnostics & repairs but he’s missing a couple nuts & bolts when it comes to logistics... Long story short I swapped 4 Alternators 2 Batteries & a set of Battery terminals. Until we realized my truck was a custom build and required a high output Alternator. These guys were with me the whole way through 9 days of torment swapping parts back and forth at no charge. IMPECCABLE SERVICE! GREAT PRICES! GENUINELY CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS WELL BEING! Just be careful not to hang out by the front desk too long.. you might piss your pants of laughter.. straight comedy in there.. Thanks again ken I’ll be back!

While I do Appreciate the service ALL THE TIME....I have to say something about the Hospitality. Knowing this is an all boys club, i had to use the restroom, they made sure i had all the tools a girl would need to use the restroom. It tickled me that they took that time to show amazing hospitality!! Way to go Danken Park Slope!!!!

What can I say, I don’t know much about cars , I do know a lot about customer service . And this guys are amazing , I just came for some parts and they educated me , watched a video with me , and explained me exactly what I needed , at 8am when they just had opened . Not everyone it’s that nice this early in the morning . I been to a few repair auto parts places , nothing like this one!

They aré a bunch of crooks, to order a part 2 hours, fine. Call in 2 hours they don't have idea where this part is but say will be another 45 minutes. Call in a hour they going to get it in another 2 hours 'they' when a going to Have 'Call me a 5:30 an hang' call the main office to find out this the way to operate answer start talking and they hang

Good prices and they take care of their customers. Battery died and they had one of their drivers take me to car. Really appreciate great service like this!!

Tried to call for availability on a part. Got hung up on three times. I wonder if the owner is aware.

I give three stars because they are a little expensive. I could have have got the same part I bought for half the price somewhere else.
