This store is nicely laid out and the sales professionals are fantastic. Mark helped me find the right work boots in a pinch close to the closing hours. I am a landscape foreman for a local company. My work boots different brand blew out on me at the end of the work day. Mark helped me get set up with the right boot to get to work the next day. Super satisfied.

Super friendly and honest salesman here! He is knowledgeable about the stuff and will offer you genuine advice to save your money. They also carry some classic White’s boots here.

Great store in downtown Portland to try on the iconic Danner shoes, a Portland local pride and many models are "Made in USA". Their shoes are both highly functional and have great aesthetically style. Customer service was very friendly and attentive. Besides Danner, the store also carries some other outdoor brands and has a small but nice selection of outdoor apparels and gears like socks, bottles, backpacks.

Great store! Intimate environment, plenty of variety of products, and unbelievable staff creating a warm and inviting space for customers to ask questions and inquire into product and standards of the company. Todd was awesome! Thank you all again.

My favorite brand, the store has the whole heritage collection for women too! Perfect for winter. I prefer the lifestyle models for my active life though. I highly recommend the Trail2650 breathable, gortex and vibram sole. Happy feet for long hikes with my baby, perfect during hot summers

After looking at these boots online in Australia for over a year I finally got to visit Portland and buy them at the store! Wanted to make sure the size was right. Staff were great - very knowledgeable and attentive. Thanks for the free laces.

I had an amazing experience! I got my boots as a gift and after going on a hike I quickly realized that that are small: I went to the store to see if that can help me and end up with new size that works! The shoes are 100% waterproof and sooo comfortable! Just need to break down the ankle support! Thank you Danners team for the great service and awesome products!

Stopped in at this downtown location on the search for some rather specific details for some work boots. I also have small feet so finding work boots is a challenge everywhere. Although this location did not have a pair of boots for me to try on, the associate helped me find something that fit my needs in their catalog and located another Danner store that carried the shoe and sizes I needed and wrote them all down for me! Really appreciated the help in navigated their products. Thank you!

Dude told me exactly why I shouldn't buy the boot that I wanted and sent me to the other store across town that did not have the boot that I wanted. Talked to me like I've never had a boot on my foot, like me and my partner weren't walking in there to buy boots. I was in the neighborhood, and had been wanting some Danners for a while and it is definitely boot-thirty, so we went in. Saw the pair I had been drooling over and they had it in my size. He sent us to the airport store not the neighborhood I was in, but home is Falls City, OR, so why not try the airport store did not have what I was looking for. Found a pair for my partner at Redwing. I am still looking. I will not go back to Danner.

Tod and Bryson are absolute exemplary customer service representatives. I Came in there Rolling deep in the tornado that are all my kids and they rose to the occasion by conversing with my little ones about the plants, inviting them to sit by the fire, as well as calling other stores to hunt down an elusive retail item. We were really all made to feel comfortable and most welcome . Mahalos!
