Wow! Truly the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. I'm so bad with names, unfortunately! Tall white guy with glasses. What a sweetheart! And so so helpful. Thanks again for everything. I'm so happy with my beautiful boots!

David was great. We didn’t end up getting to buy shoes from him, but he spotted my shoe size as well as my wife’s from across the room. Color me totally impressed! I’ll be sure to come in and get shoes from him next time I’m in Portland.

Didn’t have the size I needed for my brother. The sales girl was sympathetic and tried to be helpful. However the gentleman has an attitude. If I am spending $190 on a pair of boots, I would hope to be treated better. The store itself is a nice and very clean however in the future I will just buy any timberland items online or from Nordstrom.

I have ALWAYS wanted to shop at this timberland store. I've finally had a chance. The Employees are great! There's Rocky he's got about 30 years experience in retail. A great and real personality not just that phoney, hurry up and buy or get out. And has a wonderful customer based and need attitude he pays huge attention to detail, and if I had the money saved up I would have bought a better coat. Then there's DAVID he's been here with Rocky since the BIG store opening & Marla it might be Marlin These are all employees that have dedicated many many hours coming in repeatedly opening and closing the store standing on their feet all day and really caring about their work. Unfortunately the cooperate office is closing this location down. I don't know of any other Timberland store in Portland. This is a crock of insanity! Everything in the store has to go, which put these great guys out too. If cooperations would just come down from their high horses & work with the real world instead of dictating. They would find that sales requires true work and ideas consistent dedication to the craft of sales. Anyone can put something online to be sold. This is where some of the problem lies. It's easier to find what you need going in person to shop. What ever happened to taking that time, to take the day or even a minute to stop in a store and see your neighborhood friend or retail person and buy some goodies for yourself. The Timberland store closes.... Jan 21 2020!!! I wish the best for MR. DAVID, MR. ROCKY & MS. MARLA. Once again I had a great experience in your store, I have a hard time with that in some stores. For some reason. Wish you guys the best

I have never been there. My mom and brother don’t speak well English told me they were very friendly to them! They were happy shopping there. I wasn’t able to shop with them, so I appreciated that the emploees took care of them even if they can’t communicate well in English.

One of my favorite brands! Great shop! Great professional staff and costumer service! If you decide to by any sort of boots or whatever from Timberland brand, definitely go here, not other malls!

Had some issues getting the right side, but they returned my boys and sent me new ones, no questions asked. Good quality shoes, very happy with my purchase!

Long Timberland wearer here: I had come in just to look and still had stellar service. Felt like we were well taken care of - I will be checking out this location when I'm in town again.

Great place for high quality shoes for both working or everyday use. Sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
