I have purchased a boat here, kept two boats here, sold a boat through here, and had service at all levels on the boats. They are a top notch operation offering competent and honest service. From Mike (general manager) Bart (lead broker) Dan (mechanical manager) Elton (diesel guru) Luke (Yamaha God) to the staff the works the pumps and loads and unloads the boats---all of them are top notch awesome and honest. Do mistakes happen? Sure, it is the marine industry after all and not everything can go perfect all the time, but things are always made right! And really that is what counts! Are there cheaper places to go? Maybe- but why would you compromise the service you receive? The marina itself could not be more convenient to the lower bay either. Short run to thimble shoals, CBBT, York River, and more. Best place on the lower bay for all things boat to my opinion.
