The DaughterDad Team was referred to us by some close friends about 5 years ago. My wife painted a picture of what she wanted in a house, Keslie came thru with her and her dad knocking on doors of houses that met my wife's criteria. Their hard work paid off because they found the exact house my wife wanted. By exact, I mean this house we bought was the very same house my family stalked at Christmas time because their light display was amazing. Their yard was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. I jeep telling Keslie I'm never moving again so I won't ever need her services again but if I did, she would be my first call. When selling our home, we had many offers but none that were full price. After some open houses and private viewings, a full price offer was offered and accepted. Our previous realtor gave us comps that were 70k less than what we ended up getting. This just proves that purple sells Peoria.
