Sadly I was not impressed. I brought in a dress to be altered. The hemline is fine but the neckline and one shoulder are way off. I don’t have a 3-4 inch difference in where my shoulders are, why would my dress have been sewn that way? I addressed these concerns with Eleanor while she was pinning my dress. I showed her pictures of the dress. I even asked “how are the alterations done, is my dress going to be the same on both sides?” She reassured me that, “the seamstress will measure the pins and take the same amount off both sides.” Well folks, I’m here to tell you that this is not true. Those ladies sew exactly where the pins are. Clearly the person pinning doesn’t know what the person sewing is doing and vice versa. The result, the neck line doesn’t match up. Sorry Eleanor, you’re a terrific and helpful lady but my dress is crooked. Thank goodness I have my priorities straight and I will be able to laugh at my crooked dress and not let it ruin our special day. Please listen to these valid concerns and take the time to re-pin if necessary. Set another appointment if need be. I hope I can find a way to love this beautiful dress again. Lastly, the cost of the alterations were sky high, equal to the dress. $$$. With the issues I’ve had I can’t in good conscience recommend having your alterations done here unless your only having the hem taken up.

I came in with a challenge and a very short timeline and the girls were more than capable of handling the challenge. Booked my appointment for Jan 16th, Kaitlyn was my consultant. She pulled a fabulous gown that I liked, but was still uncertain about even if after I purchased. I had my appointment for alterations that afternoon. Cut to alterations with Eleanor. She pinned the dress and made the wonderful suggestion of adding a cape. It brought the drama of the dress up a notch. I went home satisfied. The next day I received a phone call from Mika, the alterations manager, who wanted to meet with me and go over the dress. Not only did she overhaul it, but she made it one of a kind. I had to make several trips back to David’s Bridal for fittings but honestly? The outcome of the dress made it all worth it. I felt like I received white glove service and not only a dress I needed but one I loved! It was ready a few days before the wedding and my mind was at ease. Thank you Mika, Eleanor, and Kaitlyn for wonderful service! They all deserve raises for their efforts.

Ellanor did a fabulous job with my alterations. She made me feel super calm and a lot better about my dress! I completely trust her! All the ladies that work there are so welcoming and help you fit right in!

Every employee here was very professional and helpful as soon as we walked through the door. Kylee did an amazing job with selecting dresses that fit my needs and offered great options on shoes and accessories as well. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. The Alterations Department at this location did great with the quick turn-around time for me and Jasmine was so kind. The alterations were as expected and she was super professional too. Becky was absolutely amazing! I had bought my dress years ago from there and went back for the bridesmaid dresses for any kind of wedding this is the place to go! From classy contemporary to elegant! One of my girls came from IL and we made it a big day ending with this shop and it was a great experience. She took the time to understand my vision and pulled what they had that would fit it. A wonderful experience and I cant wait to finalize everything!

Kelsey was amazing!!! She was super sweet and very helpful! I told her my style and she had a few to choose from. I knew of course when I tried the ONE on. She made the whole moment for all of us very special!

I had an amazing experience at David’s Bridal! My stylist was Dawn, she was such a delight. From the very beginning she was so sweet, fun and very knowledgeable about their dresses! She had my profile on her tablet the moment I walked in and was prepared for all my questions! I ended up saying YES to the dress and I could feel the excitement through the whole place! Had such a great experience, would recommend 100 percent!

I stopped in on 2 separate occasions. Megan helped us the first time. My daughter was looking for homecoming dresses. I will say that David’s Bridal has a nice selection of homecoming dresses, even for the curvy girls. It’s nice to be able to go to a store to actually try on dresses and know what they look like. Megan was very helpful, she pulled out some belts to try and shoes as well. I know she meant well, but it did also seem like she was trying to upsell a bit. On the second stop into the store we also were able to work with Amy a little bit as well, and I’d say she did a good job as well. Overall I highly recommend David’s Bridal for homecoming dresses, especially if you need plus sizes.

I can't imagine this experience being any better!!! Cody was absolutely amazing!!! I had stopped in before and never felt like the experience was what it was supposed to be until I met Cody. He was super attentive, gave awesome suggestions and was there every step of the way. Tonight I got to ring the bell saying I had found my dress!!! I will recommend Cody to everyone and anyone I know!!!!!!

David’s Bridal in Omaha was wonderful! Dawn was my consultant and she was so helpful. She made sure that the attention would be on me as the bride and I really felt that she was on my side to make sure it was a good day. My group that I brought with me was very kind and there were no problems as all, but Dawn would be great help for a very opinionated group or if you’re worried that the attention would be taken away from you and how you feel in the dresses. She made me feel beautiful and once she found my style, she suggested a lovely combination of a dress and a cape that I ended up buying. Everyone was so kind and I truly felt like a bride. It was a great experience!
