Great customer service! I came in for a pair of dress slacks and belt for my son. The store clerk was extremely helpful. He shared information and made suggestions. I went back the next day and bought my son a pair of jeans. I was in and out quickly. Very pleased and will definitely by my sons clothes there in the future!
Wonderful experience! Personable and friendly. Much more selection than what you find in other stores who have a "big and tall" selection. I happened to buy a suit when I went there. Kohls, JcPennys, Von Mour, and Dillard's failed to have the selection and service that DXL offered!
Went before vacation to buy some clothes for my trip. First time in a big and tall store and an associate named tony helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Hands down best service I’ve ever had in a clothing store he was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for.
Husband got what he wanted. Csr greeted us at door, got him 2 diff pair of pants, then just left us to hunt for others on our own. Not real happy with her follow up service, to see if we needed more help, or needed more to try on..
High quality clothes for us Big & Tall guys . The gal that helped me was vary nice and she quoted me a price on a pair of shoes that was a little bit lower than the actual price, and she sold them to me for the price she quoted that was very nice of her. I did not expect that.
I hate clothes shopping and was dreading the idea of having to find new dressy attire. Kim at the Omaha/Westroads location knew what to ask to drill down directly to the right choices and within minutes, I was trying on a complete outfit. I'll definitely be shopping here again!
Love the service & love how everything fits. My only disappointment is none of the DXL brand shirts or pants that I have bought are wrinkle free. Up to now I have had mostly Izod & Foundry Big & Tall & all are wrinkle free. This will more than likely keep me from future DXL branded clothing.
