Great products and excellent service... just a bit overpriced
My experience here was great. There's always a friendly helpful staff that makes sure you are comfortable and get what you're looking for.
Great costumer service, I struggle with social anxiety and am bad at talking to strangers but the employees there were extremely nice and quick to help with what I needed. The atmosphere/energy was upbeat and inviting, and the clothes were very nice a bit on the pricey side, but still. Overall, a good experience, especially compared to some other Zumiez locations I've been to.
Mark was great! My son 7 has been learning to skate & it was time to get him a solid board. Mark answered all my questions & made great recommendations. Assembled my son's new board right in front of him...he thought that was really cool. Highly recommend & will be back for sure.

Used to work here. The merch is cool and it's a good place to get a deck if you don't have a local skate shop nearby but I felt as though Zumiez, akin to most mall stores, is becoming more of a corporation and less of a dope chain. The current management at this location will likely do the store a lot of good.
Ricky went above and beyond, to help us get the perfect gift, for Christmas! He truly showed what the meaning of helping one another is. If you're looking for a skateboard, shoes, etc... go see Ricky, and the other awesome employees! Have a Merry Christmas, and we'll see you soon!
