Yesterday I purchased my first first new Rolex. With the help of Hank and Skip, I can say my experience could not have been better. Though a watch enthusiast, I am not a collector, and certainly not a ‘flipper.’ This was a big purchase for me, and I will probably wear this watch for the rest of my life, almost daily. I am consciously aware that relative to most of Davis’ clientele, I am a little fish. But, I was at no point made to feel that way. I want to thank them for realizing that this was a significantly personal experience for me, and they made it memorably meaningful. I am local, and prefer to shop local when I can, it definitely paid off this time. I look forward to their ongoing high level of customer care as needed in regards to service and maintenance of this amazing timepiece.

Great store, very nice people. Bought a Tudor Black Bay 36, been wearing it a lot, its a great watch. Everyone was very friendly and every time I go in the experience is very good. They have excellent selection of watches, and I'd definitely buy my next one there. This one was a little pricey so I'm going to hold off for a bit but I may go for a GS next time. One note, don't go in expecting to buy a Rolex, they just can't seem to get them. Not really their fault, demand is so high for them I just don't think Davis gets very many. If you do want to get one I'd recommend showing interest at least a year in advance of when you would hope to receive it, and that is not an exaggeration. Expect at least a year. Or if you have a really good purchase history with them it'll probably get you bumped up the waiting list, at least I think there is a list, not something they would disclose. Otherwise be prepared to be very patient but honestly no matter what you do Davis will take good care of you.

I love Davis Jewelers. The people who work there are great to work with. What’s nice is they allow you to explore and decide on what you want and are very helpful when you have questions. I have designed multiple rings with the help of Chris and Ashley which turned out better than I expected. Especially when you have family items that you want to incorporate into new creations. I also worked with Steve when I needed a watch. With his help I was able to select the perfect watch. They do a great job in making you feel welcome even when you just come in to browse.

Very welcoming. Good communication in assuring that he Skip clearly understood what I was wanting. Skip was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right gold chain to securely hold my medallion. The jeweler needed to make a proper size bale to attach the medallion to the chain. I was able to pick my necklace/medallion up the next day. Service was superior In all aspects. I highly recommend Davis Jewelers for all your jewelry needs and/or wants!

We were first time clients at Davis Jewelers but we were treated like we had been long time clients! Which after this experience is what we expect to become - this will always be our first choice for our jeweler. Skip was absolutely amazing to work with - he has a wealth of information about watches which he shared with us. He helped us find the perfect watch pretty quickly - which I am thrilled with!! He ensured we were well educated on all the details before leaving! Honestly, we do not think you could ask for a better person than Skip to work with. My husband and I looked and looked for the best Jewerly store in our city. We found it! “Davis Jewelers” is a high quality with an extensive collection. Their staff is perfect for every occasion. They even were able help Deborah Marie to design a piece. They had great patience and price. More than that I would not recommend another jeweler. Now, who was my sales help non other than “Heather”!!!!! She has quality taste as we worked together. She also helped with budget in some areas. She helped me with an one of a kind replacement that had been lost. I can not think of any person when I walk in that store but Heather Again, all the staff has customer satisfaction values. I and my husband give them 5 stars without hesitation

I had the pleasure of working with Courtney and she made buying an engagement ring easy and hassle free thus making an already extremely anxious process very seamless. Her knowledge of the products is second to none and she was always kind, pleasant and had a smile on her face anytime I came in. I would highly recommend Davis Jewelers for any occasion. Our experience at Davis Jewelers was excellent! Courtney helped us pick out our ring, providing us with lots of different options to look at and try on. Courtney went above and beyond reaching out to the vendor multiple times to get the ring in time for our vacation. Erica also helped us with the process, and she was great! Steve worked with me and answered all my questions, helped me find the best option, and added a lot to the buying experience. Was great doing business with Davis Jewelers. Ordered a watch a while back and received a call from them yesterday informing me they had received my watch from the manufacturer. Extremely satisfied with the watch. The service was great. Cory Allgeier was very professional and answered all my questions throughout the entire process. Very satisfied.
