Daybreak Youth Services

Unfortunately my experience wasnt as good as the others. The staff was extremely unprofessional and obviously had no experience in dealing with a kid that has medical issues. This may be a great place but if your child had medical issues i wouldnt recommend it. I had to drive 3 hours in the middle of the night because i was told my child was refusing medical attention at the local hospital but when i arrived the dr said that was not true. I was called 4 times on my 3 hr drive by the staff asking me where i was because they were so worried about getting thier staff member back to the center. Its was absolutely unprofessional. My child was taken to the hospital at 2:30pm and i wasnt notified until 7pm and that was only becasue my daughter asked the staff member to call me. And i should mention that i called the center at 5pm and talked to a staff member about something and i wasnt even told then . Thats unacceptable if you ask me.
