Days Inn by Wyndham Ontario Airport

First time at this hotel and I can say from the first time talking to the staff that I was going to enjoy my stay. They are sweet, patient and informative. My room was absolutely nicely made. Clean to the top tier and very comfortable. I would recommend and would come back again. Also the stores nearby are a plus if you just want to go get something quick nearby your room without having to drive or walk do the street !!

Awesome people at the front desk! Nice room, but flooring was coming up. Bathroom the door had a cut out so it could move around the toilet. Location was okay, but looked a bit rough which they can't help. Needs a little upgrade, but my fiance is in construction so he's the one noticing. The ladies at the front desk were the best, very nice, helpful, and I was so happy with them

Let me start off by saying the ONLY pleasant thing about my stay here was the woman who checked me in. That being said DO NOT spend money here. Lots of sketchy people walking around. The room was filthy. Floors dirty, little flies/mosquitoes everywhere, the bed sheets had a blood stain on them. The most surprising disappointment was the shower. Whoever approved the plumbing clearly did not turn the water on. There was water EVERYWHERE. It was almost impossible to shower. The fact that the hotel was putting money into remodeling the front office and not their rooms is beyond me. I would think customer experience is more important than the office being painted nicely. I will not return or recommend this place to anyone.

I had to check in through glass, rather than the lobby because the lobby was closed stacked full of boxes. The room was filthy and in a major state of disrepair. The sink and shower had visible mold. The furniture was broken, remote didn't have batteries, only one hanger in the closet. There was a cloth chair covered in stains, no tissues, no bath mat, broken solid surface shower surround. The shower head is five feet off the shower floor and the water controls were detached from the wall. Disgusting!

Not sure what is up with these bad reviews, staff was friendly and professional. My room was comfortable and quiet. The street did seem to have some transients but nothing that made me feel unsafe. Seems like they are remodeling their rooms! Lobby is closed and no breakfast being served but the Denny's was suitable.Rooms: 4/5

I was just checking on prices and the vibe. The woman at the check-in desk was very helpful, there was rooms available and parking spaces. Everything looked and felt like I would stay here. I decided to stay at work though, maybe next time. Thank you.Rooms: 5/5

Super friendly staff with comfortable rooms. They allow dogs which was a big relief for the fair prices. I have a German Shepard and they were super friendly about having her with us.

One of the best hotels to stay at. Close to stores and restaurants. It's quiet employees are courteous and helpful. 100% recommended to anyone looking to stay at Ontario CA.Rooms: 5/5

Do not recommend This place is disgusting the room was dirty food left in the fridge TV didn't work at first there wifi blocks most websites cuz it's not secure this hobos hanging out in the back parking lotRooms: 1/5
