I can’t believe so many people had the same experience I had. Bought a groupon for here as a “Christmas gift” but was unfortunately only able to book in March. Fine, super busy means great place, right? Wrong. Just like everyone else we were greeted by “promotional” packages. We declined and just wanted to get right in for our couples massage. After the therapists came in we were asked if at any point we wanted to give another $20 for deep tissue. Well, the massage was weird. I wasn’t covered at all. I have had massages on cruises, resorts and local spas and never have the touches my butt. I was out in the open but I felt awkward about interrupting my “zen” time over this so I let it go. After everything was over my girlfriend and I felt sore and worst than we walked in. We still wanted to tip 20% on original price of the 90-minute massage but when we asked the receptionist how much it normally is she started showing us membership prices for $500. She said she didn’t know because they threw out their brochures. So she told us that a 60 minute one was $80 normally. So we just had to assume it was $20 more. Weird place, would never go back.

Horrible service, started with a rude receptionist, did body massage and facial, very basic stuff, the lady opened the window during the body massage could hear the rain and cars driving by in 50 degree weather, freezing in there of course asked to close it! While lady was doing facial decided to sell an upgrade and products! When leaving they had a small bathroom a plastic cup with water and a card saying thank you and awaited the 20% tip!!

I had a similar experience to another reviewer here where I got a call right as I was entering their building. I didn't pick up because I was on time and didn't realize it was them calling, nor was I expecting a call from them. I entered an empty room, where no one came around or answered any of my numerous calls. I waited for 20 minutes before leaving. They knew I had a gift card because they clarified it on the call when I made the appointment. Makes me wonder if that's why they canceled my appointment without notice...

I bought 2 90 minutes massages on Groupon. When I called to make an appointment I mentioned I had a Groupon. The closest appointment they had for 2 massages on the same day was 3 months later. (Meanwhile we were the only people there lol). The rooms are small the beds are up against the wall so they can't move completely around the bed and they put 2 beds in a small room. The beds are just beds there is no spot for your face except some rolled up towels in a U shape. (So your breathing your own hot air the whole time with your neck at a bad angle.) The room is cold and right next to the bathroom so we can hear flushes while waiting. Luckily they werent busy so it only happened 3 times. The women bump into eachother trying to navigate the room. And the massage oil is cold like the room. She put my body in the most akward position with my arms over my head. Then she removes the sheet places a small towel between my legs and leaves it like that most of the time. I thought she would at least see that I had goosebumps and put the sheet on me but no. Then the most akward horrible massave I have ever expierenced went on for 90 minutes but felt forever. I contenplated getting up and pretending I was sick. But my partner was laying on the bed next to me. Now 5 hours later writing this review my back is killing me so please if you get anything out of this review: DON'T GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. MOST UNCOMFORTABLE AKWARD MASSAGE EVER.

All so needed was to move an appointment and instead of trying to work with me to figure another date out, she said “call Groupon and ask for your money back even though they won’t give it to you because we made an appointment already and you’re canceling”. Incredibly rude and honestly the phone calls alone gave me anxiety. How does anyone relax there?! They literally yell on the phone! Needless to say, we will not be going there. Waste of money.
