Soothing Zen Day Spa

Soothing Zen is true to its name. They stand out among all the spas in this area with a nice ambiance, tranquil environment and wonderful staff. They know what a good customer service is and they offer excellent services. The people working at Soothing Zen are always friendly and helpful. I have been coming to this place for a long time and will continue to come as I love to support local businesses.

Best massage ever!! Will definitely come back. The workers are amazing and super nice. I highly recommend this place. Do the 90 minute massage. You won’t regret it:)

This is a great spa. I have been coming here for over a year. Every time if I feel back pain, their massage can heal me. The front desk is very friendly, the massage therapist all have excellent massage skills. They always remember who I am and would customize the massage for me which is very sweet. I am truly a fan of this place.

I got a foot reflexology with Wendy and it was amazing! She is so sweet and her reflexology is heaven! My feet felt like walking on clouds afterwards. It is such a wonderful place to relax. I am definitely coming back to see Wendy.

I had the reflexology for an hour. Cleanse my feet very well. The lotion used was aromatic. The chair used was very comfortable being that I am 5 months pregnant. The only down side when doing reflexology is the noise. There is no division between the massage and those who come in and go (front desk). You can hear everyones chit chat, time of next appointments, if they want to use the bathroom ( btw, those who go to bathroom will walk in front of your session, so you'll have high traffic during your massage). This was my big issue. I didn't want to hear others conversation. I also wish the lady in the front desk would honor and make it a priority for her clients to receive one hour of session. I called if I can come in at 1115am, knowing that I am coming from summit and will be late. She insisted 11, so I agreed. I called approx 1050. Got there At 1108am (drove, park, walked). The session (washing of feet) started at 1110. I finished at 1201. I wish an entire 1 hour was given. I paid 60 + tax +I gave 12 dollar tip for ... 50 hour service. Will give this place a chance , since I live so close. Also, the masseuse was friendly, kind , and her massage was great. The place is clean, which is an important factor for me. The front desk was nice, welcoming and always had a smile. Will bring my husband here but I'm hoping the experience will be better.
