My trust is hard to earn and easy to lose. Daytona serviced my Ferrari for 12 years. When my lifestyle changed and it was time to let someone else enjoy the vehicle, Daytona facilitated the sale. Alex and John treated me fairly and that was why I continued to go there - even when it was a 2.5 hour drive.
I have been to a few exotic car repair shops and let me tell you they take weeks and months to fix and give car back This place had car 2 days and did what others took weeks to diagnose. They know Ferrari and you can tell. We had little issue that had to bring car back but was addressed in less then a week time. I had roof of Ferrari f430 repaired and I really like the speed and time they work in they provide pictures and updates.
I recently purchased a Maserati from John and had a wonderful experience. He was easy to work with, took his time and answered all of my questions. When I picked up the car, not only was it flawless, but John took the time to show me all the features of the car. I highly recommend this place for high-end cars. I will certainly be using Daytona in the future.
I was in the show room to see a classic Porsche they have for sale. After viewing the car, I talked to John regarding the selling price and made an offer for the car. The offer I made was about 9% below their listing price which I think was reasonable. I asked John to pass my offer to the owner since the car was on consignment and John refused and said he got offered at a higher price. I then offered him to take my phone number and give me a call if he got chance to talk to the owner and anything changes. He refused to take my number as well. This is the only time ever I was refused to leave my own number by a sales person. This is their customer service standard and I have heard I’m not the only one treated this way.
Got recommend to Alex by a local dealer and cannot be happier with the service. It was my first time buying and servicing an older sportscar and Alex provided honest expert advice, transparent and great service. Also tried to make sure I got the most bang for my buck. You can tell they are passionate about cars.
I recently purchased a 2013 Bentley Continental GTC from here and dealt with Joseph. When I requested to take the car for a test drive he said because of covid he couldn't let the car go out. I said I am not buying the car without driving it first. He agreed but only around the back of the gym which really isn't a test drive. When i drove it the engine was miss firing and had loss of power. He acted surprised and said we will look into the problem but suspected it was a spark plug. I asked him if I purchase the car and there are other issues then what? He said he will take care of any issues that I discovered and my wife was with me and also witnessed this statement. I picked up the car on Friday July 2nd and the issue had been resolved with the miss firing which turned out to be a spark plug. Two days later driving down the highway the front center wheel cap popped off and I also discovered the air condition in the seats didn't work. I brought the car back on Monday 3 days after purchase to show him the problem. Joe said he had never heard of that happening and refused to replace it. I said well maybe when the mechanic did the safety inspection and removed the wheels the cap was not placed back properly or was missing the retaining spring. Joe said they didn't remove the tires when they did the safety. What?! I asked how they checked the brakes? He said they looked inside the rims. Ok how did you measure the width of the rotors? They looked inside. Joe was looking for any excuse not to pay the $600 to replace this center cap. According to the MTO to properly do a safety the wheels MUST be removed. We have a legal issue here! On top of that he is not fixing the air condition in the seats so on a warm day my back is soaked in sweat from the leather and heat. The back seat rear window switch was broken to which he accused my 10 year old son of breaking when he tried to put the window down. At least he ordered the new switch and mailed it to me and told me to take my car some place else to get it fixed. Joe was and is very unprofessional and lied to me when he said he would take care of any problems with the car if discovered after purchasing it. The sad part is either he lied when said the wheels were not removed when the safety was done so as not to be at fault to replace a $600 center cap or he is telling the truth and the mechanic Alex, committed fraud by signing off on the safety when it was not done properly. Either way they will have to deal with the MTO and legal action is too follow. Joe lied to me to sell a car but where he is narrow sighted is Daytona would have made far more every time I brought the car in for servicing and on my next purchase. I would never go back or recommend them to anyone and if anyone asks me I tell them do not go to Daytona. They do not stand behind their cars and their word!
Alex is 100% top notch mechanic. Answered every question I had and took the time to show me around my car and the work he did. Really means alot to be treated so kindly. He took every phone call everytime I called and made sure I was happy. Such amazing service. Made this whole experience that much better. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks daytona and thanks alex
I purchased a 2010 Maserati Quattroporte GTS from Daytona Auto Centre. It was a pleassure to do business with Daytona Auto Centre and John Duca. I didn`t have the oportunity to see the car with my own eyes, but John made a lot of phots / videos of the car and he were very helpful with all the export papers and shipping to pick up point at the harbour. When the car arrived to Norway it was in perfect condition and actually in better condition then I could expect. Top service all the way. Highly recommendable and thrustworthy. Thank you John
Just had my car serviced with these guys. Over the years I’ve been fortune enough to have AMG’s 911’s and BMW . I’ve been to all those major dealership for service in the pass. Recently I’ve had a fantastic experience with Daytona. The guys explain what’s being done and why. Not only that being from out of town the owner personally made me lunch and his crew in the kitchen...Got to enjoy a beautiful meal. And drove off after in my solid car . Thanks for everything guys ! Much appreciated. Will see you next spring
John and his sales team found me my Audi A5 with ridiculously low kms and at a great price! Prior to that purchase Alex and his technicians had been servicing both the BMW’s that I have owned - courteous, professional and friendly!
