I love my New Jeep Wrangler 4xe Snazzberry! It has the One Touch top which is a total game changer. Plus being a Hybrid it works perfect for my lifestyle. I have only filled it up once in almost 3 months. It gets a great charge just running around town and i purchased a level 2 charger, which charges it in 2 hours. Thanx to Reamil and all of the crew at Cutter! They went above and beyond to help me out. They held on to the Jeep for me while i was on the Mainland dealing with the loss of my Mother and made everything simple and easy. They also gave me a Great deal on my Sweet Ride.
Our experience was great. We didn’t have appointment with nobody and Danny was the sales person who helped us. He was fast and straight to the point. I just want to say I recommend Danny Weston. Tell him Harvey sent you!! He helped us get our 2022 Dodge Ram 1500
Khoi at Cutter Jeep went the extra mile to hook me up with a beautiful Jeep. He never seemed like he was trying to “up-sell” and he came across as really interested in getting me in the best vehicle to fit my needs. Highly recommend and I will buy from them and specifically Khoi again!
I am extremely satisfied with my recent Charger purchase from this location. Reamil is an outstanding salesman that was very patient and informative as I took nearly a month to upgrade my vehicle. He followed up on each of my questions and was very welcoming to my family on our multiple visits. My purchase required a significant amount of coordination, and the Cutter team was helpful during all phases.
Service department did not listen to concerns and only addressed what they wanted to. They tried to tell me the only option was to get a new engine for my vehicle which is not the case. Fortunately, I come from a family of very experienced mechanics and experienced service writers that deterred me from falling for their tactics and I am able to get my vehicle fixed elsewhere without having to pay the cost equivalent to getting another used vehicle. I still had to pay a ridiculous amount to get my car back for them to do absolutely nothing to fix it and in worse condition because it’s completely dead now and doesn’t run at all. Don’t bring your vehicle here for other services outside of routine services because it’s ridiculous.
The service is exceptional whenever I bring my vehicle to the Cutter Jeep service department located on Ala Moana Blvd. The advisors are very helpful and professional especially Harold N. He seems to stay in top of every detail of my visit. He calls me throughout the day if there’s any questions or they need approval to proceed with work. I have owned BMW’s and Mercedes Benz’s in the past, and I am finding that Chrysler Jeep is now on par with those service centers. I think providing this high level of service is crucial to customer satisfaction. Great job Harold and crew!
Called a couple months ago because my car had a couple recalls and finally got a response last week. I spoke to someone via email and they indicated that I would have to leave my only source of transportation a couple days and that I would not be guaranteed a rental because my appt is not for 2 weeks. If you read what I wrote above you would see why they only got 1 star from me. Seems like they lack not only customer service but the competence to ensure that services are available in terms were a car was recalled. Employees get paid to ensure customer service but cannot ensure that a customer is taken care of due to circumstances out of our hands; just sounds bad on their end.
We have recently puchased our new car, 2022 Gladiator. Marlon, Patrick and the whole team were AMAZING.They tried to listen and help the whole time when we were there. I believe that they gave us the BEST deal they could have ever given. Thank you so much! We will definitely see you all there again.
I had a good experience with the service department, and was very soured by the sales department. Decided to browse browse new vehicles, as I was on the fence about getting something smaller on the island. They have a bold dealer markup, and we're extremely aggressive to make a sale. I was forthcoming that I didn't plan to make a purchase or trade for at least 60 days, I refuse to sign anything to allow solicitation and explicitly told my salesperson that I did not want to be contacted for the next 2 months. Before I made it off the lot I started receiving texts and the next day I started getting emails.
Bought a used jeep here, dealership made me buy my own keys to be able to turn off the alarm, in-operable spare tire, no key to lug nuts, and no jack. Have yet to hear back from them after I drove it off the lot. What else will I find hidden wrong with my jeep now that it's no longer their problem? Don't go here.
