I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Rubicon from Cutter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat with the help of PK. His knowledge and eagerness to help me get wheels on the road was remarkable, and he even came in on his day off to help me solidify my purchase. He was enthusiastic throughout the whole process, and his passion really helped me understand his love for helping people discover and drive off in their dream vehicles. I just purchased as used car at Cutter Dodge. I hate buying cars but I had a really good experience at Cutter Dodge. PK or Brian was my sales consultant. He let me take my time inspecting and driving the car with no pressure. When I decided to make an offer, Pk took the offer in to Mike the sales manager and the negotiating process was direct and quick. Lastly , Ashley was the finance manager that signed final papers with me and accepted payment. She was very competent and effective as well. I really enjoyed working with everyone and would definitely recommend Cutter Dodge as a place to buy a new or used car.

PK Nguyen is a sensational Sales consultant. From the moment I stepped out of my Car, he was there with a friendly smile, and welcoming handshake. He listened to my needs and desires of trading in my Current car for a newer model. He was patient and worked within my needs of keeping the same payments and even found me the car I wanted. DO NOT RECOMMEND. My husband made an APPOINTMENT for a diagnostic on Thursday at 7am. He brought it there on time to drop it off and my husband used to work on cars so he gave them a general idea of what's wrong with the car. However, we understand my husband is not a professional so of course we expected it to take a few hours and for there to be a fee. They told him it would be FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS just for them to LOOK at the car, and that it may not be looked at until the end of the day, when our appointment was for 7am. This is our only car so it's inconvenient for us but we can make do for one day so we leave it there. We don't get a call back all day or the next day Friday. We try to call for an update and get no response, just busy line every time. Today Saturday we try to call again first thing this morning, if anything to just get our car back because we have no way of getting around without it. Someone answers and tells us the Service Department is CLOSED and we won't be able to reach anyone until Monday. We now have no way to get around, we left items in our car we needed this weekend, and we never even got an update regarding our car. Monday we will be retrieving our car whether they have serviced it or not and will be looking for service elsewhere.

I worked with PK Brian to purchase the 2023 charger super bee, it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be working with them again in the future!

I am not one to leave poor reviews but I have to share my experience in hopes of helping someone else. Be aware! They will LIE and tell you everything you want to hear just to close a deal then once everything is signed not own up to their bargain of it. Even something as simple and cheap as agreeing to tint your car! They told me they would tint my jeep as part of the deal. After harassing them to get my jeep tinted for MONTHS, they finally scheduled a date for me to drop the jeep off for tints. I pick it up and only the front driver windows are tinted! No joke! Their reasoning is because it’s a soft top so they can’t tint soft top bc it’s plastic. Yet no one said disclosed this to me during the deal! I’m a first time jeep owner so they took advantage of that and convinced me to sign a deal by feeding me small empty promises that they couldn’t keep. There are so many other great places to get a jeep! Avoid this dealership at all costs!

I am terribly disappointed with this dealership's customer service. My son is stationed in Hawaii, US Army. His vehicle has been in their repair facility for nearly two months. His platoon Sgt is getting on to him about transportation to work. I called and spoke with Service manager and he seems to be a liar because he spoke very friendly to me but the Tech told my son something totally different the same evening. Why would you deliberately take advantage of these young people? I will call whoever I need to get my son's car repaired and away from this dealership. Plus they would not give him a loaner and he can't rent because he is under age 25. make it make sense he is 23 and you can sell him a car! "Treat my son the way you would want your son treated!!!" Stay tuned for the resolution!

I just bought my first car from Cutter and my sales associate, PK was amazing! Super helpful and great personality. I would definitely use PK in the future.
