Deaconess Medical Center Heliport

Don't go to this hospital or you won't leave alive. They made my 91 yr step dad sit in admitting for 51 hours. By the time he got a room and more monitoring, the medicine they used to treat him had caused kidney failure. He never came back. Cold hearted nurses turned down his oxygen and he suffered for 25 mins until he took his last breath.

The staff at this hospital was better than most. Wait time was fast. In at 9:30pm, out at 11:20. Really didn't expect it to go so fast. Thank you! Staff met my expectations, Especially the ER doctors and nurses. I appreciate you so much. My son is well on his way to recovery. Thank you for making this experience pleasent.

No wait, not crowded, temperature check at the entrance, masks provided. Staff well trained and friendly. Even cheerful in these trying times with sometimes stressed and scared patients.

Not good my sister Valerie Simpson went in with infected kidney stone 3 days later she's Dead WHY? AND WHY ?WASENT I ALLOWED TO SEE HER, TO SAY GOOD BYE NOT RIGHT SHE DIED July 11 2022 SPOKANE

They are so great because the nurses were so understanding and very friendly and treat you with upmost respect regardless of your past or anything....

Wonderful staff, very kind and caring! Very respectable, if ever I need to go to an ER again I will definitely be going here! One suggestion though, earphones with music playing for all patients in the MRI machine. It helps them focus on that instead of the tube they are in, helps keep anxiety down, helps with the noise, and the time that needs to pass while in there!!! I've had numerous MRI's in my life and this was the only one that didn't have music, so I am talking from about 20 years of experience in MRI's. Just se food for thought!

Born at this hospital in 85, Deaconess helipad helped save the life's of my mother and father in law in 2006 after a devastating car accident. One of the best places to watch the sun rise is on that top of the parking garage... Can see from each second Spokane grows more beautiful. *for a moment anyway***

Horrible company, seattle sent a referral to this spokane facility for a MRI but they refuse to do it cause "we don't want to"
