Waited over and hour and twenty minutes for my order ! The chips were hard , the curry was brown and I first thought it was gravy. The salad on the chicken burger consisted of a few strands of lettuce what happened to the cucumber, tomatoes and onion? I don’t use chip shops very often and will not be returning.

The best fish and chips I have ever had , I had curry sauce with mine which is no ordinary curry sauce its unique with a nice spice to it , will be back for sure .

I have just found out about this place, but let me tell you, this is by far the best chippie I've had in Stoke-on-Trent, I expected it to be similar to a few others I've visited, however personally I feel like the quality of the food blows other competition out off the water! Went here Sunday night. I have never ever left a bad review on a business page but I feel I have to leave a review as this place needs to know how bad it is or there will be no return customers. Improvements on the food have to be made. I Had chips, battered sausage & gravy. I’m sure The chips were microwaved, warm soggy and mostly raw potato they were disgusting and stunk I was starving after swimming but I could only eat a few that were smothered in gravy the gravy was the only nice part the sausage looked a week old and did not taste good. Usually the sausages in chip shops are on display in the heated display cabinets on the counter but there were no battered sausages in theres when I went in so mine must have been brought from out the back. No wonder it wasn’t on display it looked off. I can only presume the 5 star reviews are from the owner. I really hope the owner takes notice of this review and sorts this out otherwise they won’t be selling chips in 6 months

Excellent service, started as a disaster due to justeat saying they had delivered the order but hadnt... i contacted the shop directly and they offered to redo the order and then chase it up themselves.. thanks again food was lovely next time ill just collect..

Nice shop. Very clean, and a nice design. Staff pleasant and welcoming. I had a pudding, chips, and gravey. It was very nice best I have had in some time. The big thing for me us always the chips, and these hit the mark. It a bit of a distance for me to go , but I will be going again in the future.

Been tonight at 6.30 ish. Second and last time. Gravy was like water and the peas were hard and tasteless chips looked as though they'd been cooked hours ago. So disappointed even the dog refused to eat any of it

Absolutely amazing fish and chips !!! Loved the fact that the fish was greasy like most places are and the chips were brilliant will definitely be buying again, new favourite fish and chip shop !!!!!

One of the best fish & chip shops I have visited, great staff, very clean shop. The fish and chips and curry were gorgeous and I good portion size, also brilliant price at £5.

I got a few fish and chips from here after a long trip at alton towers. The fish was freshly made and lovely. The beans were warm too. The service was ace as the manager qads served us and the staff were very kind and helpful.
