Deb's Tires & Accessories

Normally Debs Tire is a great place to go get tires. They usually have no problem fixing something or making sure the customer has what they need. Today however I was the only customer and I had an issue with a tire I purchased. Kris at the Cullman location made sure to give me the very worst customer service imaginable. Kept showing his disdain for having to be bothered the whole time he worked on my tire. He even allowed me to put my own spare tire back into my trunk. What a guy. And he also allowed me to carry all the blame for my tire going flat within 24 hours. I have bought nothing but Debs Tires for 7 years now. Told all my friends how great the are. Today broke that tradition and I will be singing a different tune and buying tires elsewhere. Thanks to all the GOOD employees out there. Kris don’t be a jerk to everyone.

Good price. Decent tires. They'll fix you up if you're in a fix.

Did a bad job replacing a tire for my daughter. Didn't make sure the rim was free of spurs.

Good prices on tires but one worker attitude sucks hay pal if you don't like what u do find something u do don't take it out on us other than that good place to get tire service

Rude on the phone when you can get them to answer it. Their customer service definitely needs improvement.
