Had a problem with a couple speakers in my car, called and was told to come by in 3 days.
Went by after work, told them my problem again, was told my amp was probably going bad, but that they didn't do anything like that. Wasted trip! But, they sell stereos, amps, speakers, and do installation. Don't get it. Ended up going to Automotive Concepts, Juke Jack told me the factory speakers were probably blown. This turned out to be the culprit, bought 4 new speakers, jamming now!

Eric knew exactly how to take care of me. Despite the fact that someone overbooked him, he stayed over just to complete my vehicle. He is the reason they will continue to receive my money.

Waiting on the owner to return my call. I believe my problem can be solved when all the info is presented.time will tell if I receive the same attention I got when I made the purchase.im optimistic, but considering I'm having to go this far, sorta worrisome. Hopefully this where I can get satisfaction without pursuing this futher. In all fairness the owner doesn't have all the info.

DO NOT give these people your credit card information...I went in there late April 2017 to have a remote start installed for my husband. I used my synchrony car care card. It's a card specifically designed for car care, gas, etc... I was told by the guy in charge that he had to call and get approval and asked if I'd leave my card with him. I told him no so he asked that I write the number down and he would dispose of it when he was done. I returned to pick up the vehicle and asked for everything that had my card number written on it. When I got home he called to say he needed the card number to retrieve the payment. I went online to see the 370 had already been deducted from my CC balance. He said he got approval but he needed to login to some site to actually get the money. Since I didn't understand he told me that the owner would be back the next day and would call and explain to me. I called 3 times on different days and was told she wasn't back and that she would call when she got back. I called CC company and they said they approved the transaction and nothing else needed to be done. I never got a call back and 3 days later the money was back on my card. August 11th I go to pay my CC bill and I see a charge for them on August 8th. Nobody ever called me and four months later they charge my card. How if they didn't keep my card number and why didn't I ever get a call from them. I had no problems paying them. They didn't get paid by their own fault not mine. Now they wait 4 months to charge me? Beware of these people.
