Absolutely horrible experience all the way around. Website doesn't function properly when trying to submit requests, phone gets answered less than half the time, when you do leave a message on their machine it gets lost in space somehow, Mike doesn't remember if he talked to you the day before much less what was discussed, and just absolutely rude customer service from the first to the last time I talked with them. I called and left multiple messages as well as sent confirming e-mails about a $5K+ job all to be told I wasn't on the schedule and it would be another 2-3 weeks. If it takes this much effort just to get something scheduled, I cannot imagine what it is like once your truck is in the shop or even worse when something goes wrong. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Great place to customize your truck and SUV. Shop has been there for longer than any other truck shops in bham. Staff is honest and fair and will treat you right

Reliable service with staff who genuinely know what they are talking about and who are very willing to help. The place I go in Birmingham to have anything soon to my truck or car.
