Decatur Point

Decatur Point is the best place I have ever lived. If you can afford to live here you absolutely should. The location is fantastic, and the people that live here are generally great. Greg is the best apartment manager I have ever seen or heard of in my entire life, he breaks his back making this place the best place to live in Denver. The only reason we are leaving is because we needed more space and bought a house. Otherwise, I would live here forever, no doubt in my mind.

I have lived at Decatur Point for two years. We lived on the 5th floor with amazing views of the mountains. This has been my favorite apartment we have lived in, and I and so sad to be leaving. The building manager, Greg, really tries to make you feel like home, and bends over backwards for his residents. I cannot recommend Decatur enough!

From the friendly staff to the kind and inclusive community that lives here, Decatur Point ranks the best living space in my 13 years in Colorado. The amenities are great, views of downtown impressive, and location is perfect for weekend adventures either downtown or in to the mountains. All these factors made it an easy decision to renew my lease!

Decatur Point is the best place to live in Denver. Greg and his team genuinely care about the residents, taking care of them, and making the complex an amazing place to live. All the amenities are great and always in great condition. I also love the area - quiet but close enough to thee action of LoHi, LoDo, RINO, etc. Move here - you won’t regret it.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for the past 4 years. We have stayed this long, and intend to stay, thanks to the amazing management, amenities and location. Greg is like family even my mom enjoys visiting us and bantering with him, haha, he is one-of-a-kind!. We appreciate how much he cares about our security, the up-keep of the building, and treats each resident like family. I also personally appreciate how much he has listened to my feedback over the years. For example, making the gym/pool safe and accessible for residents during the covid shutdowns, and buying a squat rack for the gym! Also, management has personally delivered packages to my front door when I wasn't able to retrieve them from the package room and maintenance has always been prompt. The location is also ideal for us - we're never awakened in the middle of the night by noise yet we're so close to downtown.

Excellent place to live. Being in mid-forties I was hesitant to move into an apartment complex but this place was fantastic. The manager Greg is awesome. He works hard to make it a quality space for all. Location is great, easily walkable to many places in Highlands and downtown, yet very clean and safe. We moved out to get a house in the burbs, but miss this place often!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 4 years and we do not have one complaint. Between the great community in this building, to Greg the property manager, it is a one of a kind place to live and we couldn’t be more grateful . Greg TRULY cares about his residents. It will be very hard for us to move away from here.

The views can’t be beat! While the building itself isn’t perfect growing pains, new building management, maintenance, and the other residents more than make up for it. We’ve been here 3 months and plan to stay for years. We absolutely love the location and the views. Greg and Renae are the best managers I’ve ever had at any apartment. Safeway is walking distance and there’s a cute little Mexican restaurant 2 blocks away, Araujos. SO GOOD! Update 8/14/18: Still loving this building and management just as much after 9 months as 3! The area is absolutely wonderful, quiet with plenty still going on. We always feel safe here, which is a huge change of pace from Cap Hill where we were. There’s dogs everywhere and we love it. Even with all the dogs, the building is always clean. Any unruly, messy, or disobedient residents are always taken care of promptly, which keeps the population here high quality. Greg is amazing, but doesn’t put up with any nonsense which is ideal!. If you can afford it, move to the 5th floor, the ceilings are MUCH higher than the rest of the building, and has amazing city views. I still highly recommend living here and most likely will for a long time.

DP is such a great Denver living experience! They welcomed me so warmly from the West Coast and helped turn my potential short term living situation into a great long term home feeling. The amenities like the pool/hot tub, cardio room with Pelotons, Club Room and entrance lobby are kept in amazing condition and make everything from my daily routines to hosting friends/family so fun & easy. Greg is so kind and helpful along with the rest of the staff which is an extra special treat for an apartment building. The units are beautifully updated, sound proof, full of tons of light and overlook downtown or the mountains. It's a great location too with the perfect balance of being close to all the best spots with a nice neighborhood feeling. Thanks DP for a wonderful living community!

You will love living here! I've lived in a lot of apartments and shared spaces, and Decatur Point is by far my favorite. Greg and the team at Decatur Point are incredible. They know all the residents and dogs! by name and are always so kind. Resident satisfaction is incredibly important to Greg and his team - all issues are addressed swiftly, safety is a top priority, and the community is so much fun! We have loved living here and will truly miss the building, the community, and everyone on the management team. Decatur Point isn't a temporary living space like most apartment buildings; it is a home where you feel safe, comfortable, and cared about.
