Story

With over 20 years of contracting and building expertise, Deck and Basement Company is an industry leader in building decks, porches, and basement finishes for today’s homes, families and lifestyles.

Having built 500+ decks, 300 single-family homes, plus 250 remodel/addition projects, we have earned a reputation for providing the highest quality craftsmanship, materials and project management skills. This has made DBC the preferred deck builder of the major homebuilders in the Twin Cities metro area.

DBC is an active member of NADRA, North American Deck and Rail Association. In May 2001, Pat Noonan, DBC president, was elected President of the Minnesota NADRA chapter. He led the first annual "Deck For a Soldier" build, donating a deck every year to a decorated soldier returning from active duty in Iraq. Other notable community DBC outreach efforts include the Pink Ribbon Home Build Project, the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA) Deck Build, as well as efforts benefiting the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation and The Avon Foundation.
