No one answers the phone, no one delivers recycling bins after payment made, phone system DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. They need to be completed overhauled.
They need to update their system so you can pay your bill online without any extra charge. Because the water service is already expensive and on top of it they charge extra 4 dollars to make your payment. Not fair and customer service never answered always busy calls back don't work either.
Not perfect but they would respond as soon as practically possible. Expect a little wait time during COVID period.. I don't think location on Jordan Lane is open so call ahead.
