Dekalb Superior Courthouse

While we recieved a lot of compliments on our attire, it would have been nice to know they weren't doing judgement ceremonies for marriage licenses. Still not married and no advanced notification on their website regarding this matter.

Such a beautiful place in GA,USA.. lovely surrounding and atmosphere..all greenery ..its a History Museum

Perfect example. Tax money doing nothing for me. The main phone number never works. I can never get through to the right department even after pressing the extension. At least fix your telephone lines.

Granted we are dealing with a Corona virus pandemic but you can enter the courthouse. Most offices are closed which would have been nice to know prior to navigating various offices and seeing closed signs on each office door. The phone recording said they were open but shortly thereafter they updated the message.

Because of covid there are restrictions on person to person services which makes them even worse at helping with questions.

We had a great experience with the passport office. Andrew is the phone representative that answered the questions during our phone call prior to going in. David was the agent at the window. Both were respecrf9, kind and courteous. Thank you.

Everyone was nice and pleasant it was a fantastic court experience as a juror. The holding area was very comfortable.

I come here at least twice a week for work and this place is awful. I’m not sure who teaches customer service to the clerks in this building but they need a refresher course!
