I ordered a Stuffed Quesadilla Taco meal. This is what they gave me instead. I asked what toppings came on them, and she said only lettuce tomato and cheese. Which is perfect bc I can’t eat sour cream. So not only did I not get what I ordered, I can’t eat this one because it’s clearly covered in sour cream. What a disappointment.
Incompetent workers on the midnight shift on March 19th Saturday 12:00 am to be exact. Taco thrown together carelessly- I seen they potentially had a young manager so I understand why it was made like that—as I worked fast food before- I can however still leave an opinion on it
The last time we went there, we were in the drive thru line for nearly an hour and there's no way to get out of the line. This time there were only two cars ahead of me and they had already ordered, so I took a chance on the slow service being a one time problem. It was still quite slow. Also, the sour cream was added to my tab, but not to my del Tacos. I prefer del Taco for fast food tacos, but the locations around me keep closing. I don't think the problem is lack of demand.
Stopped here for lunch today. Cashier was clueless. I ordered $40 worth of food and every item I ordered was incorrect. Items were missing. Just a overall horrible experience. I was so frustrated I didn’t even bother bringing it up after the fiasco of just trying to place my order! Will not return to this location ever again. Very disappointing!
I get Del Taco before I head in to work at night. For that I have to do the drive-thru. I enjoy the quesadilla tacos. These fill me up enough that I can make it through the whole night. The cashier always has me leaving with a smile. The line tends to be long but just lets me know we are on the same taste bud page.
Like many fast food restaurants they are short on staff. The inside is closed. But through all of this they are putting out excellent food. I give a BIG shoutout to Esperanza. She is great at communicating. I could understand her on the speaker. And she could understand me. Many times at other places the person on the mic does not seem to listen. They will repeat your order back wrong. But not Esperanza. She repeated my order back correctly. Then she asked if I wanted drinks. At the window she is smiling and happy. I don't get along with grumpy customer service. Esmerelda is perfect for this job at this time. I wish her much success in her endeavors. A shout out to whomever hired her. You can train skills but you can not train attitude.
Ordered two items, paid 60 cents extra for each item to add sour cream. Did not get the sour cream. I would normally check before leaving but it had taken a long time and they did have a sign saying they were short staffed. There were quite a few people behind me and I was in a hurry. Pretty disappointing.Food: 3/5
I work for Uber so I decided to take a break to pick up some tacos, as I was in the drivethru I received a order to pick-up, why not! I was told at the drive-thru I couldn't place a order while I'm picking up an order! Why not? So you mean Del tacos turning down money! Okay I'll go somewhere else..
SLOW!!! The burrito I had was horrible. Horribly made, fries cold, sprite tasted like the inside of the cup and most of my ice was melted by the time I received my drink. Idk what happened in the transaction from expanding this company from the west to the east but fix it!!
We intended to eat at CAVA but there was nowhere to park. Del Taco had four cars in line and we were hungry and in a hurry so we chose Del Taco. We got in line at 1:32 pm and left at 1:50. We waited over 3 minutes for someone to take our money but no one showed. When we left the CAVA lot had plenty of spaces.
