Moe’s Southwest Grill

This is the best Moe’s I’ve even been to. The staff here is amazing. They are constantly working, taking orders, cleaning, running around like crazy. They are short staffed with only 3 girls working today and you would of never known that they were short staffed. Line moved quick during the lunch rush. Food is ALWAYS on point here. Idk how this Moe’s has so many low reviews, maybe the night crew isn’t as good as the lunch crew? I come here every Monday for lunch. They are the best!

Would give zero stars if I could. Dunno what's going on with Moe's lately, but literally every time I order, I get the broken, small amount of chips in the images provided. They advertise free chips and salsa with every item - ordered three items AND two cups of guac, and this is what I get. No salsas to speak of, and the chips you see. I didn't realize tortilla chips were such a costly item for the restaurants - I guess that's why I see giant bins of them behind the counter every time I go in. Maybe don't advertise FREE chips and salsa with literally every item if it's such a big deal for you? Homewrecker burrito was cold and the bowls weren't much better - I would really advise you to spend your money elsewhere, this is a giant waste.

Very small amount of food for the price. They seem really stingy. I got a salad and it didn’t even fill the bowl. Will be visiting Willie’s from now on. They gave me like 5 chips and they were burnt. I appreciate the workers but I shouldn’t be paying 11 dollars and be still hungry.

This is the new test location where they have items not found at other Moe's. The Street Tacos are amazing. The place is very nice. The customer service is great. This is an upgrade from my previous experience at Moe's. Good clean restrooms with changing tables.

Food was ok, employees lackluster. I'm used to high energy, " Welcome to Moe's!!!!".

I've ate here now about 4 times. I work like right down the road and only have 30 minute lunch. This place is clean, fast, and the workers actually know how to roll a burrito the best in the area! Good spot

Had a bad experience yesterday with the employee whom scooped my meat and banged it on the tray it came out of to shake some off and proceeds to throw it on one side of my burrito and refused to spread it out or throw some meat on the other end. But in the end the manager made it all up by correcting the problem. Other than that the food is great.

Came in and got a stack, friendly staff every time, fresh food, quality in the construction of my stack. 5 stars every time

both female workers provided very bad customer service, the lady’s were very rude, and tried to mix my order up when i clearly told her the order i wanted. they weren’t smiling or happy to begin with it was like they didn’t wanna be there at all, and they barley fill the bag with chips and no salsa.

Big fan of the new look and menu. I really enjoyed the deconstructed enchilada bowl, and the mac & queso is really good. Also got the buneulos which are awesome.
