Chipotle Mexican Grill

It took about 10 minutes for us to be acknowledged. There was no line and there were at least 6-8 employees so there's no excuse. They we're avoiding eye contact and acted as if we didn't exist. One employee was cleaning the line in front of us while we waited. The rice and beans had been sitting out on a counter and were no longer warm. The meat was cold - like right out of the fridge cold. The warmest thing was the rice because it was recently mixed. I asked for white rice. Three large scoops of rice were put in one bow - way more than the normal amount. I asked for less in the second. He initially put one small scoop in the second bowl and asked if that was enough. I asked him to add more but like a normal amount Chipotle has standardized scoop amounts employees are taught. He also slapped a massive amount of sour cream on a bowl. When I asked for light sour cream on the second bowl, he gave a more normal amount that's still not light though. I asked for a half a scoop of the medium green salsa and was given a heaping scoop. I didn't want all that spice right now. It took forever to go through the line. We wanted to walk out but didn't want to leave them with food waste. It took over 20 minutes to check out with 2 simple bowls. I work in food service. I've worked for Chipotle. I know the standards Chipotle sets for their employees. I am empathetic to fellow food service employees. This in mind, this was not acceptable. It was not to-standard. It was well below. Highly recommend going to a different location or checking out Moe's. They have better queso anyway.

Wow! Favorite chipotle I've been too, she had to lean on it to get it closed! Very hefty portions, clean, nice staff. Ingredients were fresh out of the kitchen at 3:30pm so not just because it was during rush. Grade A!

Went here today it was not been in a while but was put off by the attitude from the staff when I asked to get one more burrito. It was nut busy and only customers there but was rushed so they can do nothing. If you don’t know why there is additional hours available of a better raise. Lower sales affects that and this is simple math.

The staff is so friendly and the service is awesome, they just accommodated the food to our needs. They gave us fresh avocado as we don't eat it with onions. I will revisit this place again!!!Recommended dishesPinto or Black Beans, Chicken Burrito Bowl

Love chipotle and hate to even write this. The past month i’ve ordered the same bowl and my roomate orders the same burrito each time, and we have gotten food poisoning each time. bowls have been barely half full, very soggy and covered in spinach?? I did not know you guys put spinach in bowls and the spices are so weird now. I can’t tell if you guys changed recipes for what you use to season your meat but it’s not what it used to be :/

Staff here is fabulous. They're absolutely slammed. Super fast for the number of people in that restaurant. Give them a raise or something.

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL workers. Workers need to know how to speak to customers. The female line worker had a stink attitude when I told her I wanted fresh rice. I had to bite my tongue because I would have told her a few things or two. Also, the cashier was rude as he throwed the bag of food on the counter after I paid. I will not be visiting this particular location again.

I've ordered from this location many times, and they are very inconsistent with their servings. Rice, beans, meat, and toppings. You either get too little or way too much. Yesterday they didn't quite have enough of the meat I ordered for a burrito bowl. They scaped what the had into my bowl, and it was barely 1/2 the normal serving size. So I told them to just add another meat to the bowl to make it a whole serving. At first she tried to take meat from the bowl she made before mine, which would have left it without a full serving...which I pointed out to her. Reluctantly, she ended up adding another meat to my bow. We love Chipotle, and this is the closest location to my house, so I'm sure we'll eat here again. But I would never recommend this location to anyone else.
