I went yesterday to this TacoBell location, was good and quickly I ordered by the digital screen and I didn't talking with anyone meanwhile they doing my order, they just put my order in the main table and I took it, the service was too fast, the food was good and cheap bc I took it a really good combo, the rest of the place was clean include the restroom, I recommend this location
Great food, always right. I'm frustrated by the fact that they consistently refuse to use the self-serve shelf for mobile orders - and then also completely ignore people standing at the counter until several minutes go by. My order is often ready and I can see it, but I can't reach it and am typically ignored for several minutes - along with other patrons pacing across the front counter.
This is Taco Bell, what is there to say about it that hasn't already been said? This was a Sunday night and we needed dinner so we stopped. We had a medium to large order, the food came out fast, hot, and fresh. Unfortunately we were missing some items and one item was wrong. I take the item back to the counter and let them know what I am missing. You would expect an attitude and disgruntled employees but not today. The person behind the counter apologized, replaced my item with the correct thing and gave me what was missing. Superior service on a normal Sunday night, a little kindness goes a long way! Great Job!
Fantastic job with the order, it was 2am and we made a large order. We got our food super quickly and it came out so well! The lady told us that she put organized it based on the order of our order. That convenience is really good, this is definitely my go-to taco bell, especially for late nights!Food: 5/5
The employees of Taco Bell, think that they can just sit around the last 2 hours and not serve their customers, Well, I’m here to expose them for their laziness.Food: 1/5
This is the worst fast food I’ve been to. First off the lady lied to me saying they open at 7:AM but I was able to place my order at 6:30AM. Even online they say they open at 6:30AM. I ordered my food at 6:30AM I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food and the employees were ignoring me when I was trying to ask them a question. Worst customer service ever. I want to speak to a manager about this ASAP.
My husband drives for Uber and consistently gets orders from here. Every single night he goes he has to wait an hour plus because the night shift refuses to actually do their jobs. Can't speak for the morning shift but if you go here DO NOT GO AT NIGHT! You'll lose your whole night and end up hungrier than you startedFood: 2/5
I'm halfway already ordering on the kiosk inside and once another guy comes in some old lady starts yelling at the kitchen to lock and door and kicks both of us out. Great service 10/10Food: 5/5
I take back my positive review for this place. After the third time this week of calling ahead to make sure their online payment system is working, being assured that it is, going all the way down there, and then having their online payment system refusing to take orders, I am done with this dump and the ridiculous shrugging "not our fault" excuses that plague it. Once or twice is an isolated incident, beyond your control. When this happens on an almost nightly basis and your lines take 90 minutes to go through because of everything having to be done by hand, it is very much a YOU problem. Even worse is the fact that they know it's their fault, they know this is a repeat problem with their store, and yet they still refuse to honor online-only promotions or prices for anything at the store. Add to that how often they run out of ice for drinks really? and are regularly out of half the drink options on the menu, and this place just isn't worth your time or your money. This store is mismanaged on multiple levels and only continues to exist because they have no food competitors in the area after midnight.
They almost put something in my tacos. If you look closely, you can see the 1 1/2 teaspoon of combined meat, lettuce and cheese in there. The burrito was the same way, although I do believe I might have gotten a whole two teaspoons of beans and cheese in there. What gives, Taco Bell? This reminds me of the old Wendy's commercials: "Where's the beef?"
