Went in on a whim because I saw a restaurant attached to a kinda shabby looking gas station. I like my lunch with a side of danger Was met by a super sweet cashier/hostess and ordered at the counter. Great variety on the menu and the food came out FAST! Everything was outstanding! Everything made from super fresh ingredients and so delicious! Truly a hidden gem in Kennesaw. Will be returning shortly. Can't wait to have those empenadas again!
Stopped in with visiting family. He had been to Venezuela a few times and loved the food. So we tried Cylantros and loved it. Perfect authentic Venezuelan food. Sauces were good flavors, and the hot added a nice heat level. It's definitely worth a visit.Food: 5/5
Today was my first visit to Cylantros in Kennesaw. The staff was excellent, pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere was really good! Clean, well lit and the music was great! Very relaxing and comfortable. Unfortunately, the food was bland no seasoning. The empanadas were very oily. The sancocho was delicious but also needed seasoning. Maybe I'll try to dine in next time to see if there is a difference.
Yum!! Ordered 3 arepas and all were amazing. The patacón - which is a sandwich made from plantains. Extremely unique my favorite item. It comes with ham though so I just took that off, as I don’t eat pork.
I was in Kennesaw for a week on business and wanted to try something different. Cylantros came up on my Google search for restaurants in the local area so I decided to find it a try as I hadn't had the pleasure of trying Venezuelan cuisine. With that being said, the very friendly and helpful ladies at the counter suggested I should try the Cylantro's Sampler which included 4 arepas, 1 tequeños Venezuelan cheese stick and 1 empanada. The arepas don't look big but after eating just 2 I was starting to tap out.... DON'T LET THE SMALL SIZE FOOL YA! All in all the food was very good and flavorful. The steak arepa was the star of the show for me. I'll definitely be returning if ever in the area.
I’m from Texas, but every time I visit Georgia, Cylantros is one of my stops for food. It is so good, fresh and I love the music! Definitely check this place out, it’s legit good!
Amazing food! Perfectly prepared such sweet customer service and the sancocho was on point as well as the empandas and torta!!!Food: 5/5
We've eaten here a few times before, and the place means quite a bit to us, so we thought it would be fun to have them cater our wedding, and they delivered! The communication of our needs, invoices, etc. was great, and the food went over well with all of our guests! I don't know if we'll ever host a party that needs catering again, but if we do, we know Cylantros will be on our mind. Seriously, we can't recommend this place enough. The food was packaged well; the food is always delicious; and the staff is great. 10/10.
Food is so good I keep forgetting to take photos for the review. This location is a little hole in the wall attached to a gas station, but don't let its appearance fool you! Chicken and pastor tacos are some of the best I have had near Atlanta, along with their sides and empanadas. Highly recommend going here for a quick bite.Food: 5/5
One would not think a great restaurant would be located next to a gas station. But, one would be wrong. Cylantros is a place you need to visit and order from the menu. It was my first experience in a Venezuelan restaurant, but it was all delicious. My wife enjoyed the sampler plate and I had a shrimp dish with fries that was outstanding. The red sauce and white sauce are both wonderful accompaniments. I brought some of the red sauce home and put it in some veggie chili I made. It heightened my chili's taste. Stop by and try it sometime. You will not be disappointed.
