This has became one of my favorite location. I must say the are really working hard to meet the demands of the customers. The stress is high. The cashier still managed to serve me with a smile. Features: No Covid restrictions.
I am very upset with this McDonald’s. I came in around 9. Keep in mind they are supposed to close at 11. I came in and they said they could take my order I would just have to do it online and I said alright that’s fine so I done it online. After doing it online and paying for it they closed the doors and shut everything off. They didn’t give me my food and they sure did not give me my money back. I definitely suggest not going here if you can at all. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t even give this place a star if I could.
First time going to this location on Barrett Rd ..I try not knock Mcds ,You are Better off getting your order at the drive- thru rather than walking inside, literally only me and two other customers waiting to order took more than 10min just want to order 2 burgers and frnch fries. They must of had a change of shift and training newbys on slow day. Though they have several kiosk, I’d rather not use as not sure how frequent its screens are sanitize and cleaned.
Not that this will make a difference. Just finished waiting 10 minutes to get to the drive through intercom. Lady sounded absolutely annoyed we were ordering food at a McDonalds. Then she seemed annoyed we were paying money for our food when we got to the pay window. Then we get to the window where we wait 12 minutes for a double cheeseburger and 12 nuggets. The dude at the window is literally sitting down on his phone and never acknowledges us the entire time. When we finally get our luke warm food, dude doesn't say anything. There's no napkins or sauces in the bag of food we ordered. Seriously good on stopping at any McDonald's moving forward.

*****Don't go to this location and if you do DO NOT use your mobile app at this location, the manager doesn't understand technology. She will scream at you and tell you to leave. She also screams at her employees. I honestly thought I was on punked or something, the experience was awful. I walked out spending 14.57 and had no food. Corporate McDonald's need to evaluate her quickly, she should not be in customer service or any supervisory position.*****
With the rude, horrible service, I don't know how, or even why this place is still open. Nothing like pulling up to the drive thru and hearing, "order whatchu want." No, hi, welcome to McDonald's, no greeting at all. Pull up to the window and she just sticks the credit card reader out the window. No talking. The lady doesn't even look at or acknowledge me. After I pull my card out, she just closes the window, no receipt given. Pull up to next window to get my food, person looks at me, hands me my order and walks away. This isn't a one time occurrence as it's happened every single visit. They are rude, unprofessional, and have no business holding jobs where they interact with the public.
I have always had good service here until my last 2 visits. The drive thru employee charged me extra both times without my approval for a fund raiser. Ask for receipts
30 minutes in drive thru nothing fancy ....items left out of the bag....unhappy kids that happy meals could not help. More training and accountability needed for staff. The service industry is in dire straits and not just at this location.Food: 2/5
Drive tru lines were not bad but backed up a bit for food delivery. We ordered 2 coffees an apple fritter and a #2 no cheese. When we paid they verified the order and ot was Incorrect but they corrected it for us. Awesome right. Nope got home and no apple fritter for mom the fries were cold and did not taste cooked all the way and the burger was well the burger. And the reciept they gave to me was not our reciept so going back and trying to get the apple fritter as much as a pain it would be today Christmas eve I have no proof for the item.
