The Ice Kitchen

I loved the Ice Kitchen. We tried the Americano and the Mocha. Both were delicious. The mocha was the perfect balance of chocolate and coffee. The menu was not overwhelming and came with great recommendations. The rolled ice cream was SO GOOD. It was sweet and creamy. The service was great. The decor was so calming. You should give it a try!

This is the Benihanna of ice cream. Place is clean and modern! Ice cream is fresh and made right before your eyes like sushi on a frozen sushi bar! Service is great. I highly recommend it after a fine meal at Outback. Cool wooden spoons too!

The service was outstanding and the people were very friendly. Enjoyed watching the person make the ice cream. It was good but I think a little pricey for what you get. For that reason I’m giving the ice kitchen four stars instead of five.

Wow, coming from a state that prides itself on its dairy products Wisconsin, this is really an ingenious way of presenting ice cream. High-quality ingredients, friendly staff, sweet treats -- what more do you need on a warm Georgia afternoon? I had sea salt chocolate rolled with caramel and topped with a kit kat - just about died and went to heaven.

Super cute store with tons of natural lighting! The coffee was delicious and smooth ordered the mocha with hazelnut pump and the barista Brooke was very sweet and made us an adorable design in our coffee. Will absolutely be back!

This was our first visit & the staff was extremely helpful in explaining how to make our rolls. The kids loved it & the staff was so nice & helpful. We will definitely be back!

I want to start off by saying this is the first review I have left for a business. I don’t go out of my way to leave a review and always allow businesses second chances. I USED to love Ice Kitchen. I would make trips separately just to get the sweet cream ice cream. Now, I will never step foot in there again. The owner and workers have an arrogance that is not worth supporting anymore. They have a terribly offensive sign that no one asked for at the front desk, and the staff is not friendly anymore. The price did not bother me, but I will not buy from snobby workers. I would definitely reconsider going here for ice cream.

Based off some of the previous reviews, it seems the lower ratings were based on people who like to complain just to complain. My family & I came in 20-30 minutes before they closed & we met Olivia and another gentleman we didn’t catch the name of. We saw the sign at the front & thought it was not only witty but hilarious. We ordered and spent less than $20 for 2 ice creams & a latte. They didn’t make us feel bad for coming in late & the place was full. It is COLD outside & this place was full of people. That right there says so much. Flavors were amazing! My husband does not like rolled ice cream & didn’t even want to try it out. He said it was some of the BEST rolled ice cream he’s had. The latte was amazing & they were willing to change it/add to it/ remake it, if I didn’t like it. I felt like they went about & beyond for us. The ice cream was excellent. It wasn’t so cold it felt like it burnt us like other places in the area. The staff had excellent customer service & asked us questions about where we are from, what we were up to, & seemed to genuinely care. Maybe they didn’t, but the effort meant a lot to us. Olivia rolled a perfect roll of ice cream & made sure we felt taken care of. Wonderful experience & we will definitely come back!
