I really like hot topic! I got some nice thigh high and knee high socks from there and some earrings! I definitely recommend but, only if you have money. Mall shops are real expensive.

Chick working today 12/23 was rude af. They also cancel orders without notice and still leave the product available for you to order online and pick up in store. This store sucks. North point is way more friendly and put together.

Stopped here so my boyfriend could grab a Christmas gift. It was for sure a blast to the late 90's and early 00's. Not a JNCO in sight though . The store was well stocked and the staff was helpful. Tons of anime and video game collectable stuff and goth stuff too.

There's a VERY rude employee that works here, don't know her name but she is a chubby white woman with black hair. I came in to ask a question about some specific merchandise I was looking for and the attitude that she gave me while answering my question made it obvious she thought that I was stupid for even asking. Pro tip, don't work customer service if you don't want to deal with customer concerns! I normally love this store but I don't think I will shop here again as long as this woman is working.

The white girl with pink hair working at the register was very rude. The whole time she had a very nasty attitude with me for no reason at all. Very disappointed with my experience, I’ll stick with my hometown Hot Topic from now on.

Fun place but jewelry is made of cheap metal. Store space is too limited for their products. Hard to walk around front part of store.

My daughter and I recently shopped at this store and we had a great experience. The young man with the green mohawk and misfits style vest was extremely helpful. He got down several dresses to were hanging on the wall for my daughter to try on. When the dress didn't fit he offered a solution that worked great! Super helpful young man!

Fun place to shop and find things for pop culture I enjoy. I love the stock and how often it changes- it definitely pulls me back to the store often! The employees are usually very friendly, especially as of recently. A downside I have found lately is I order online to be shipped and picked up at the store a lot, but the last time I was there, all the packages that people order are kept on a rack on the wall right near the front door and in plain sight of everyone coming in and out. It doesn't feel secure at all, especially since my full name is displayed right where anyone can dig through it or steal my package. It's a nice store, but I'm definitely not going to be ordering anything anytime soon with the way they have the packages set up, which is a shame because I mostly buy things that way.
