I hardly ever go here but when I do it's because the Shaq shirts are on clearance. I'm a fairly sizeable fellow, finding nice fitting clothes is a bit hard but I can pretty much always find something from this store.

Slightly annoyed that I had to go through 2 checkout lines to do a return only to be told that returns are UPSTAIRS in a corner. They need some sort of sign stating RETURNS UPSTAIRS in bright lights because it feels completely unnecessary that I had to wait hours to be told where it is. Honestly ridiculous. On a positive note, I do like the store, and I have never had an issue, but please, other stores do returns better. You can go to ANY checkout line to do a return. You are making things unnecessarily complicated for measly returns.

This JCPenny at the Kennesaw Town Center looks so empty, I hope the empty shelves are been stocked to get ready for spring, maybe it's just me but I can never find good deals anymore, I used to buy men's dress shirts for about 20-25 dls, they went up to 59.00 for some people is not a big deal but I'm on a budget lol.

Yet another major store utilizing 2nd hand shipping services. Thanks to Lasership, my $140+ order was shipped to the wrong address in the wrong state. JC Penny split my order, which had 8 total items, between UPS1 item and Lasership shipped the rest. I get the notification that my package was delivered but it wasn't my front door. Called customer service to report it and got nothing but excuses and the run around. Then they tell me it's too late to issue a refund?! Bad business!!

This store and their customer service is horrendous. Standing in line currently and have been for an hour and all cashier's have magically went on break at the same time leaving customers with no way to check out.

I placed an order on April 17, 22 online to be delivered to the store in Kennesaw, Georgia. My order still not there. I started calling May 1st, and each person said will be there the next day. I called today a lady answered, and I told her I've been calling everyday for my order. She said I have customers and hung up on me! I tried calling back 3 times to that department and got no answer. So I called the toll free number in customer care and spoke to a nice lady Dennisia. And filed a complaint.

Looks like a place that's not long for the retail world. Very depressing compared to what it used to be!

Penny's used to be one stop shopping for decent kids clothes/shoes. Now, their sizes are rarely available in store and their styles and quality suck.

Jc penny has a good collections of all clothes cosmetics everything.

Took some clothes back and bought a pair of boots. All went well.
