Forever 21

Very unorganized and dirty Forever 21. It’s a total hot mess and management really need to step their game up. I never find anything at this location, I won’t be back either. The employees are slow and rude. An employee was yapping her gums about the uncleanliness and what she wasn’t going to do to her friends I guess were visiting the store while she was working. She was laughing and carrying on like she wasn’t on the clock. Very unprofessional!

The girls here are rude and can not figure out how to use a register we have been standing here for 20 minutes and they don’t know how to get you a receipt

I love this store. They have so many great fashionable clothes to choose from. If you are looking for something a little seductive and sexy that's the place to go. There are always great sales going on as well. You get something special at a great price. The clothes are good quality and well made. It's my first choice to shop.

I used to shop here since it was the closest f21 but I have never been so disappointed in my life. First of all the store is so messy and disorganized. There is clothing thrown around everywhere but it’s nothing new with this location. They’ve always been disorganized and lazy. One thing that definitely set me off was that they no longer carry plus sized clothing. They completely got rid of their plus sized section and where it used to be is now a sad excuse of a clearance section. It’s already hard enough to shop at town center when only a few stores carry above a L and a size 10. What they are doing is practically discrimination. I would not recommend anyone go to this location at all and instead it’s f21 maybe try rue 21 on the upstairs floor. It’s neater and they have cute clothes for all sizes.

Terrible customer service. They acted annoyed I asked for a dressing room. And they acted annoyed when I handed them 5 items that didn’t workout for me. Then I go to check out, I pay and I’m putting my card away and then I look up and the lady checking me out was walking away with the bag still on her side of the counter. I was confused because she didn’t say anything or even put it on my side of the counter. So I ask “can I take my bag” and no one responds and she doesn’t even look back in my direction. I grab it and check for a receipt which it’s in there but like girl you can’t even say “here is your stuff, have a nice day”. I felt like I was stealing the stuff I just paid for since I had to reach over and grab it from their side with no one standing there. Weird af

One of the few clothing stores that I can find cute shoes in my size, a five to five and a half. The price is always very affordable. Dressing rooms are nice and clean. Staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable. I also love the big clearance sections in clothing areas. Forever 21 is one of my favorite places to go shopping!

It’s been almost a year and the dressing rooms are still closed! It’s time to open them up! I had a handful of clothes that I had to put back because I refuse to buy anything without trying it on first.

I shopped at Forever 21 with my girlfriend while walking around the mall with my girlfriend. The store is nice, the layout it well-established and there is a LOT of store space. They offer a lot of products for a large variety of styles, and their discounts for certain items are great. The only reason that I am giving it four stars, is because I am a guy, and their Mens section is somewhat small. Otherwise, its a nice store worth walking through.

Honestly the workers here are so rude. There was like 2 nice employees . I come here all the time because I love their clothes but even the co managers are so rude. I work in retail and honestly the environment here is so uncomfortable. You get such a negative vibe from every worker. I did a cash return with a receipt/paid with my card and cash and she literally threw my card at me and was talking about another employee while doing the return. It was a simple thing and she was sooooo bitchy for no reason and talked to me like I was stupid. Not that I care, but the store is always a mess. If it was my job, or any other place in the mall where I work, the managers probably wouldn't let it fly. Its not like customers are rude , most of the time they're rude for no reason

They completely took out what little plus size section they had. Way to completely exclude an entire demographic. Also none of the employees are helpful whatsoever.
