Terrible experience and customer service. Had our son measured for a suit for a wedding. When we went to pick it up it was way too small. Basically the trip to measure was a wasted trip. The remedy was to overnight the correct size, and then they "did us a favor" by not charging for a collar extender to fix the wrong size they measured. Terrible customer service and I would recommend not shopping at this location if time is important. 0.0% chance they will get it correct in time or make it right when they mess up.

Great customer service. I had to exchange an item and the saleman was very nice, understanding, and knowledgeable. I received my item in the mail the very next day to my surprise! I also appreciate the company's return policy and ways to return/exchange items. Catch them during a sale, and you should be a happy camper too!

I brought in a suit to get fitted that I had bought at a different Jos. A. Bank location, and the service was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff, and I was able to get my suit back much sooner than I had expected. I will definitely be coming back for any future fittings or purchases.

This store was a joke. The service just kept going down with each visit. The groom and groomsmen got their suits here, and predicted times of arrival for items were often a week later than "guaranteed." The groom's pants legs were hemmed to two very different lengths. We had to get our problems fixed by the location in Buckhead, which was much more pleasant to deal with. We started the process of ordering with the Kennesaw location in mid August and didn't get everything we needed until 1 week before the wedding, at the end of October.

This was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. I went to get fitted and the guy tried to tell me that my neck was an inch and a half smaller then it actually was. Then when I went to pick it up, instead of ordering the suit to fit they order it a wrong size and want you to pay additional fees to alter it. The shirt was way too big and when I asked for one that fit he hand me one that was ever so slightly smaller and tried to get me to pay before even trying it on because that’s what they had in stock. It was for part of a wedding party and was much more expensive the. They originally quoted. The suit is low quality as well. Also, the guy that was helping me yelled “thanks for the respect” in a sarcastic tone as I was leaving because I had insisted on a properly fitting suit.

I used this location for a tux rental for a wedding. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgable, but spoke with a sense of superiority over me. After taking my measurements, they had me try on a few samples to confirm fitment. When I arrived to pick up my tux rental, they handed it to me and sent me on my way without asking if I'd like to test fit it. This was a mistake and I should have demanded a test fitting. The pants were way too big and the jacket was very loose; nothing like the samples I had tried on. Other members in the wedding party had similar fitment problems with their rentals. Definitely not worth the money for a "custom fitted" rental and Jos. A Bank has lost my future business. Mens Wearhouse has provided me with better service and significantly better fitment for the same price.

In a rush and just needed a nice buy and wear sports coat. I was xlear on my need, but they wanted to sell me a tailored coat. Very friendly staff, just did not hear what I was requesting.

I walked in and asked about a pair of shoes and was then insulted by the sales clerk as if I should’ve known that they were not sold there. Unacceptable.

Incredibly quick experience - in and out in 10 minutes and they even had complimentary disposable masks.

Great customer service and attentive to solving the customer's needs. Love their approach to getting me the best suit.
