Hollister Store

Zero stars for me today. Went in grabbed multiple pairs of pants to try on. Was refused use of the larger fitting room that has a seat. Associates need to realize there’s a such thing as invisible physical disabilities. To note, Hollister is the only store I can find jeans that fit me. So this is very frustrating.

Store failed to honor the prominent discount they had labeled. Scummy practice

A staff member named Jalen was organizing HUGE piles of Jeans that were destroyed super quick. Very helpful and polite young man. We were looking for a specific color and size of jeans we wanted that were on sale for about 30 mins. We settled and just checked out another pair and told each other let's try another time. Cashier which happened to be the manager told us the same ones we wanted were right behind him and handed it to us. He also showed us how to get $10 off our purchase just by signing up for the email. We have been shoppers at this location for 5+ Years now and seems like management is doing a lot better than before.

Jeans were everywhere, no organization whatsoever. There were two employees, one in the back who was stocking, and the other in the middle of the store on her phone. No one asked if I needed help in the 40 minutes I was there. I had to use the handicapped dressing room because no one was there to open one up which btw the regular dressing rooms are barely 3 feet wide. Worst customer service ever.

Hollister has some good feeling jeans, and even better, they fit well. I have had problems with some other clothing stores in the mall because their version of my size is totally wrong, but Hollister gets it right. Also right now, some jeans are $25 instead of the $50 price tag so hey that's awesome.

I've been in here a few times school shopping and they always have sales but when I get up to the register they always argue with me and tell me that's not for sale even though I show them the sign. They respond with that sales over. Ughh. Get your store together

Was pleasantly surprised at the great deals they had for back to school shopping. $20 Jean's were a steal. Spent a lot of time here shopping!

It's great they have really nice clothes, pricy but totally worth your money, great quality.

Worst hollister I’ve been to. They don’t want to help you in any way. The manager instead of helping, doesn’t care at all and has no patient to deal with any kind of problem. No wonder why is so empty..
