This is the most unprofessional rudest store I have ever shopped at. I came here to shop with my sister and her best friend for their homecoming dresses the ladies that work in the dressing room were a disgrace they were extremely rude and treated me with very little respect. I went to the dressing room with my sister so she could try her dress on and I waited outside of the dressing room. The lady said that I was not allowed to stand back there unless I went inside with my sister but you would think she would need her own privacy not to mention the room was barley big enough for two people to stand. I’ve been working in the retail industry for over seven years, it’s like people have no respect anymore it’s and it’s disgusting. Lastly, when I asked the cashier to put a dress on hold she very rudely said that they do not put dresses on hold on the weekends. Which I do understand, but she could have been nicer about it. Then I asked her if they had a yelp or Google review and she said that she didn’t think so. So I made sure it was so. Even a drive-through at McDonald’s or Burger King would treat my family and I with more respect than these people who call themselves employees. I will never return here unless the new south of employees are hired with some decency.

I took my teen daughter homecoming dress, and shoe shopping here. Nae helped us with the fitting room as well as her heels. She was so patient and showed excellent customer service skills. Very knowledgeable and helped us with decision making. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

My daughter and I went to Windsor in Town Center to purchase a dress for my son's wedding. Jasmine was so personable and patient. She took her time helping us find just the right dress. She even selected the best color for my daughter's skin. At checkout, Tiffany was so pleasant and attentive. She asked how we were and actually listened for a response. And the prices were right up my alley so they were the cherry on top!

Hannah was very professional, extremely helpful, and kind. She helped me with a return and a purchase and even gave me some good advice for shoes. She is the nicest person I have dealt with in 4 years at Windsor!!!

Some of the dresses are pretty but they by far I have the worst customer service of any Windsor that I have gone to. I write perimeter in Arbor Place very high on customer service. The dress place was crowded at town center and there were a lot of people there but they just were not friendly at all and upon asking questions they were rude and the rules about the dressing room and having to get in and out of line every time you wanted to bring a new group of dresses was just exhausting. They need to work on their skills.

Such a HUGE selection of dresses! Some are so so quality. But for a hoco dance and being worn one time they are perfect! We got our dress AND shoes there.

I had the best experience shopping at this location! I was instantly greeted by a super friendly girl named Hannah who helped me find exactly what I was looking for in the exact style that fits me. She was hyping me up the whole time and made me feel like I was beautiful and powerful. She grabbed me multiple outfits and found everything for me in the right size. She took care of everything and made me feel seen. 10/10 will definitely visit this location again. Thank you guys for the best experience!!

Rudest people working in dressing rooms. Ain’t no excuses. Even on my worst days I don’t treat people the way these women have treated me and my sisters and plenty of other women and moms in this store. Y’all need to reevaluate real quick.

Jeoria was so amazing and helpful! I came in to buy a dress for the military ball and I’m completely out of my element. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress, shoes and jewelry. So helpful! Thank you, she is amazing!
