Took FOREVER to get an estimate, and I had to call several times. When I finally got it, the price seemed reasonable, I contacted the office again to let them know I would like to proceed with having the work completed. I never once got a phone call back confirming the job nor getting it scheduled. They randomly showed up one day unannounced (and almost 8 weeks later) to complete the job and then the office called me the next day to ask for a check... the work itself was good, but Debbie needs more help in the office because it's clear they cannot keep up with the customer service end of things. Very unprofessional in that aspect. Happy to have my siding job finally taken care of and done well, but very disappointed with every other aspect of the business. Will not be going back.
