The front desk check-in is always a positive experience! Very efficient, professional, as well as super friendly. Tracy PA is also friendly, and thorough. She did a full skin check and resolved my issue painlessly and efficiently. Appointment scheduling is easy, and confirmations are prompt.
I was seen right away but a really helpful and sweet nurse for my intake. Then my exam was completed by a kind, knowledgeable PA, who examined me from head to toe, and even found something questionable on my leg, which I hadn’t noticed. She took a quick biopsy, and we’re awaiting results. She was extremely thorough, and answered all of my questions.
Absolutely terrible. Disrespectful and ignorant. The lady’s at the desk are completely unprofessional and rude people. I’ve never experienced something so wrong at a doctors office in my life. Argued with me and my mother about MY insurance which I’ve had for years now and used and every doctor appointment for the last 7 years. Made snarky remarks, and had an attitude as if we were having a argument outside of her job. When i asked questions on how to go about an appointment i was told “that’s something you can do on your own time, or go on google, that is not my job”. Yes. Well clearly, you hate your job. Do not recommend simply because of the service they provide.
Delaware Valley Dermatology is very caring and knowledgeable about everything skin care. They make me feel I am receiving top quality skin care and advice. I’ve learn a lot from my skin care expert, Nurse Raquel, and her “Fresh Not Frozen” motto. Plus, Raquel is just fun to talk to! Thank you!
Making an appointment was easy and I liked the convenience of completing the registration paperwork online ahead of my appointment. I had a skin cancer screening performed by Tracy Marchetta, PA-C. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.
The people at Delaware Valley Dermatology Center are very positive and highly professional plus customer friendly from the receptionist to the doctors in aspects of dermatology. I thank you Angela.
Quick in and out service, it's hard to find a good Dermatologist and after years of searching I have chosen to stay with this one due to the quality of service and treatment.
Such an unprofessional place. They gave me an appointment for a specific time and one day before the appointment they made me changed it. The day of the appointment I came to their practice to find out that they couldn’t accept one of my insurance. Such of lack of communication. I won’t recommend it.
A spot on my forehead that was frozen at another place came back as basal cell carcinoma so I'm happy to know that this place recognized the others error and set me up for surgery. They are very thorough here at looking at my many moles.
I scheduled an appointment with this office about 3 months ago and the next available appointment wasn't until today. I made an appointment for 10:15 am and put it in my calendar. The day of my appointment 1/12/22 rolls around and I'm driving around looking for this place, but I can't find it GPS wasn't helpful either so I call the office to ask for help. At this point it's 10:17 AM and my appointment was supposed to start 2 minutes ago. So, I call and say that I'm lost and can't find the office. The receptionist asks for my name. I tell her and she says "no your appointment was at 10 am, not 10:15" I told her "no, it's at 10:15" She repeats "No sorry 10 am, so we'll have to reschedule." I waited 3 months for an appointment and got no text message, email, or phone call to confirm my appointment time. No communication from a human whatsoever. A doctor's office is only as good as their staff and the staff that runs this office don't bother to confirm an appointment made 3 months earlier. Wasted my time, wasted the doctor's time. I won't be going back; it's not worth the hassle. A simple phone call would've prevented all of this and their office staff couldn't be bothered to do that. So, I can't speak to the quality of the doctors/ dermatologists here, but the way the office is run leaves much to be desired. I would not recommend it.
