Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as requested to complete new patient paperwork. Check in was quick and easy and the staff pleasant. The exam room was very clean and well appointed with what appeared to be relatively new furniture. The nurse Vivian, was very pleasant and thorough, she also was very gentle when administering a numbing shot. Dr. Payne was very chipper and had a good bedside manner. She examined the 2 areas my PCP was concerned about. One area will be watched the other was treated right away. My overall experience was great however my only complaint was that I was taken to an exam room 30 minutes after my appointment time. I will definitely continue to use this provider!!
Dr. Payne wonderful! She is such a caring and attentive doctor. She listen to my concerns and actually help me develop a plan to treat my acne. The office staff and medical assistants are very professional and respectful. Martina helped me find skin care products that work with my acne to help it without causing more breakouts. She is very knowledgeable in skin care.
A+ experience. Dr. Payne and staff were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. My concerns were addressed and the treatment was explained well. The facility was clean and modern. Will be going back for all skin care needs.
Dr.Payne is extremely knowledgeable and that is what I needed. Staff is kind and courteous. Wait time was minimal and I was able to obtain an appointment with this office quickly. Highly recommend

I normally do not do bad reviews but I wanted to share my experience here today I walked in for my appointment and gave them my ID and insurance cars and the receptionist says oh we don’t except this so I said when I made my appointment I told you what insurance I had and she rolls her eyes and says well you can pay $100 dollar deposit like excuse me I gave you all my information before I came in to this office and I took off of work just so you can tell me this. I would not recommend this place at all sorry not sorry
