Had a great experience here! By far the best KOA we have been to. They had no power and they gave us a deal on a rustic cabin, power came back on later. Super motorcycle friendly. Welcomed us, and treated us like family. We look forward to returning.

Neither senior citizen nor handicap friendly. Great place to bring the kids. Seems young families are their target campers, with a large playground and lots of children-oriented activities. Parents allow the kids to run amok, dashing into the roads without a care, and cutting through campsites oblivious to camper courtesy. And forget about quiet time from 11pm to 8am, unless you're able to sleep through adults'/children's loud play and dogs' barking. We have a 36-foot motorhome with a toad, and the narrow gravel roads with steep hills are not our friends. Two bathhouses, one of which is really showing its age, are disappointing. Also, there's a humongous high-tension power line running overhead. If we could find somewhere else to go this Memorial Day weekend we'd leave immediately (gives new meaning to the phrase, LONG weekend). Guess what? We'll NEVER come back!

Excellent family oriented camp....rented a cabin with deluxe kitchen and bathroom...very clean cabins...Excellent staff...very friendly...would stay again...fire pit and bbq grill was a nice touch! They also have a pool. Art and craft classes are offered. There is also movie night and all sorts of things to do.

This campground is great if you have kids and don't actually want a "camping" experience. You get to enjoy conveniences of wifi, pancake breakfasts, bands/DJ's on the weekend. We camped as far away from the kids area as possible and it was definitely quieter than the main area.
The reasons for the 3 stars:
First, I was really put off that around 12:30AM on Sunday, a gentlemen from the campground came over and started yelling saying "Enough is enough, if you don't quiet down, you're going to be kicked out". We hadn't had a single noise complaint ALL weekend so this came out of nowhere. We had a small radio on with very very low volume - to the point that if someone was talking you couldn't even hear it. At the same time, there were several other groups still awake with blazing fires, loudly talking, and playing music. I've camped here previously and haven't had issues like this but his rudeness and unnecessary abrasiveness this time around definitely an unfriendly vibe that I don't think I'll be forgetting anytime soon.
Second,
I know it's a holiday weekend but that means that you know your camp is busier and that you need to check bathrooms more frequently. If I'm paying $85/night to sleep in a tent, I expect to have working toilets and toilet paper in the stalls that are working.
Overall, I would recommend this for a family due to the number of activities for kids or people that like the convenience of a camp store with everything they might need.

No bathrooms or showers in the normal cabins you have to get a deluxe so you have to walk or drive to the bathroom. Beds uncomfortable no service and you have to to go to the main office to get the wifi password. But some fun actives good parks. A store where you can buy some fun pranks. Overall not the greatest place if you’re on a budget.
