When I had a disastrous experience with my property management company in Hoboken my father recommended Delev who he has used for years. Our condo association was extremely cautious in vetting multiple management companies but Delev stood out as the top choice. We have all been extremely happy with our selection. Delev has been responsive, attentive, and polite. I wish all management companies could operate as smoothly as theirs.

I would highly recommended this property management company. I am on the board of a homeowner’s association in Morristown and was referred to Delev Property Management through a coworker. I did my research and decided Delev was a suitable choice. It was a great decision that I wish I looked into sooner. Jim (one of the owners) is easily accessible when there is a problem and always responsive via e-mail. He is very involved in board meetings and diplomatic when it comes to resolving issues. The landscaping company they contract with has been extremely efficient and compared to our previous company a much better deal. Since they started a year ago, our financial strength has improved and our reserves are finally adequate. Again I would highly recommend if you are looking for an affordable and effective property management company.

Definitely recommend- the Delev managers are always responsive to my calls and we have been very happy with their knowledge and services. their personalized community website is great.

The Delev managers treat our condo association like its their own... they have experience in all aspects of property mgmt. impressed!
