This company is horrible to work with. They were supposed to remediate and fix my basement and they made so many mistakes I can't mention them all. They damaged my sewer line, they forgot to put back cap on the clean out, so debris just fell into the open sewer line causing multiple back ups. They also didn't seal my basement floor so now it floods every rain fall, something it never did before. On top of that, they never replaced what they destroyed in my basement and also refused to put it back to how it was before. It was a partially finished basement and they stated the whole time that they would compensate me for the cost to replace what they destroyed, and they now refuse to. Tim Tressy at York Risk Services was who I worked with and it was a really bad experience. He lied to me over and over. Please don't work with them as you will regret it.
